Business Office Outfitters (BOO) is fabulous! I have been working with them for over year while moving my company into a new & much larger building. They listened to our needs, respected our budget, assisted in designing our furniture layouts/​floor plans, and furnished our new space beautifully. They found us used workstations that were in pristine condition for a fraction of the price of buying new. And at the same time their prices on new private office furnishings were very reasonable. Brian, Jerry, and their entire BOO team were and still are such a delight to work with. They go above and beyond to make the client happy and that is so appreciated.

Business Office Outfitters is the best company in town to purchase furniture from, help design your office floor plans, move, tear down, set up and rearrange your entire office building. I am sure they do much more than what I have even listed. I have worked them them for approximately 9 years and continue to go back because no other company in town matches up. The entire staff is outstanding and the level of customer service goes beyond what you even ask for. They are honest and their prices are fair and consistent. More than once they have had to alter a floor plan because it didn’t work and they never complain. It is part of their customer service model. I have had to leave BOO’s crews alone to work on nights and weekends and I never worry that the work won’t be done and they will ensure that the building is secure when they leave. I call them my «nordstrom’s team» because of the high work ethic and professional manner of the company. They find solutions when needed and are reliable every time to get the work done. There is no better company in their field. I have recommended them to many other companies and they have never disappointed any of us..

Business Office Outfitters is fantastic. We worked with Brian Pinnick on furnishing a conference center we built out in downtown San Diego. Brian put his heart and soul in the project and worked with us and the space planner always as our advocate. His attention to detail was important because our conference rooms had a lot of technology, and everything had to work and be in the correct place. I highly recommend BOO.

One of the wheels on my desk chair broke and I needed a quick replacement. All the places I thought of first (Office Depot, Staples, Home Depot, etc.) only had them available online, $ 50 for 5 wheels.
I looked to
and found Business Office Outfitters (BOO) about a mile from my client’s office. I went straight over and explained the deal to Leonard. He said «wait just a minute» and went in back. 5 minutes later he came back with 5 possible replacement wheels and put them in a bag. No Charge!
I took a minute to check out their warehouse of used furniture. It was huge. Lots of very nice furniture, all of it that I saw was in good condition.
When I need office furniture next, this is the first place I’m going. Thanks, Leonard!

Do not buy any office furniture before you check this place out first. BOO’s huge wherehouse is chockful of some new but mostly used office furniture. For years (since 1958) they had a store in La Mesa. This new location in El Cajon could swallow the old store four times. Choose from hundreds of desks, chairs, waiting room furniture, cubicles, conference tables, file cabinets and more from closeouts and defunct businesses. Great prices. Helpful staff.
