I seriously have spent months looking for someone to do artificial turf in my front patio. I have such a small space that most people either told me they had a $ 3k minimum, so it would cost me about $ 30 a square foot or the area was too small for them to even consider, flaked on coming out to give quotes or that I should go find someone unlicensed on Craigslist… Really?
I contacted Steven & he came out within a couple days to give me a quote, brought tons of samples to show me, sent over the quote within a day (bonus — 10% off if you mention Unilocal!) & we scheduled a day to get it done.
Within a day my front courtyard was finished. He did such an amazing job, I could not be more pleased with how it turned out! Customer service was top notch, responsive to emails & text messages, he was meticulous & cleaned up everything when he was done. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to have turf installed. I called five turf and lawn companies before Steve then decided to come down and give me a quote. I was lucky to have been turned down by the first four due to the size of my yard and my inability to get proper square footage over the phone, Steven showed up anyway and in a weeks time was able to make my side yard the most aesthetically pleasing yard on the block in less than a days time. I was very impressed. courteousness goes along way.
