The worst an disrespectful service that i had… I went to Ck store San Ysidro yesterday 01/​06/​2015 to return a Christmas gift and the store Manager JULIA She was rude and start to insinuating that I had used the blouse when i asked her name. she began a make fun of me in Spanish with her coworker … But i speak Spanish And i understand every word that she said…
This was an unacceptable attitude especially coming from a store manager that supposed to be an example of customer service.
I’m very disappointed and came here to post my report.

Love the products, but service is HORRIBLE! I asked for an item in a drawer and they said they’re not going to open them and all products are out. Yet one drawer was open and they had more of a product I was looking for. Asked for more sizes and they told me a different product was in the drawers. STILL didn’t want to open other drawers. LAZY! And they didn’t greet anyone as they walked in, nor did they offer help.

I’ve always liked Calvin Klein. Clean lines, classic pieces, well made. So you can’t go wrong with an outlet bearing his name. But rest assured, if you were at all worried that you wouldn’t get to spend quite a few of your well earned dollars in an outlet, no problem. Yes, the inventory is sold at a discounted price, but when a t-​shirt can go for upwards of $ 150 in regular retail shops…
But I have seen some good pieces for reasonable prices, and when they have a good sale going on, you can definitely make out like a bandit.
So don’t take my word for it, check them out for yourself.
