This place has been great. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and the procedures are painless. They offer excellent rates if you don’t have insurance. The dentist did a great job on my filling and wisdom tooth extraction. My teeth cleaning was done very well and I have not had any problems. My teeth are much easier to keep clean now.

I really keep trying to give this dental office a chance to get it right. In July, they canceled an appointment without telling us, insisting that they had called. Turns out they had the wrong number. Against my better judgment, I made a second appointment for my brother who had taken off from work for it today. Appointment was for 11:30AM. They even called to confirm. We were there about 10 minutes early. I left my brother and ran errands, thinking he’d be ready upon my return. Wrong! I returned at 12:10 to my brother in the same chair. Receptionists apologizing and carrying on with all sorts of excuses(«It’s because it’s the end of the year…»), but my brother couldn’t get in. There appears to be a real disconnect between the front of the house and the back. The front often blames the back, but the customer loses. It makes me wonder why we’re experiencing bad service. If I worked at this place and I knew we had not done right by a customer, I would have busted my Butt to make sure that that customer’s experience was different. Garcia Dental doesn’t feel that way. I’m torn on what to do next. Smh.
