I came here to order a burger, onion rings and a drink via drive through. Oh, I even went as far as ordering their cookies for the first time too. The food was over-cooked. The cookies were basically frozen solid. I mean, who would sell frozen cookies!?! Where do they keep them? In their freezer? This was a first for me. It’s been more than a week and I still haven’t eaten those cookies. This is actually a review for a week ago. I don’t think I’ll ever order cookies from here again. Subway still sells better cookies… but not as good than the ones I bake. Just saying.

So dissapointed in this place ! I ordered the chicken Santa fe and when I opened the wrapper it had black wet spots all over, the top bun was so Mushy and grey and the bottom bun was as hard as a rock And to top it off I took a look at the chicken and it had a thick black layer of who knows what, I wiped it off with a napkin and it stunk! I’m assuming that they have not cleaned the grill since they opened this place up, my liking of Carls Jr has been ruined forever.!!

Food is fast food… Its okay. I had the Super Star app on my phone and forgot to show it, so that’s my fault. However, I told the guys working that I forgot to show it and that said they can’t go back and refund the discount since I didn’t show app at time of paying but I can use it next time I come in. Duh! Is that supposed to be a benefit? Not good on customer service. They could have done something. But guess fast food isn’t always concerned about customer service.

Horrible! 12:05 on a Sunday and nobody was in the drive thru line. I now know why… All I ordered was chicken strips and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. Which I can understand. But then I realized there were 3 other cars waiting as well. 12 minutes later my order comes out. The kid said it takes 5 to 6 minutes to cook. Not quite sure how that equates to 15 minutes total at a fast food restaurant.

Other Carl’s Jrs are so good! But this location is HORRIBLE. Idk why & how this is possible, it must be the management & the staff here. Maybe they need to start over with new staff? The food here is consistently stale & torn up looking. Looks like they dropped it on a floor before I got it. And things aren’t cooked correctly. I won’t return unless I see their ratings improve because right now this place is a fail. It’s very disappointing because there are maybe two drive throughs neat us, in our area– and when you have kids in car seats you need good drive throughs sometimes. Luckily Chik fil a is coming soon in Del Sur as well as a drive thru Starbucks.

My son and I were the only customers in the restaurant around 8pm and the drive thru was empty. There was one employee kicking back in a booth who ignored us the entire time and one other employee in the back who also failed to acknowledge us. We waited around for quite a while until we got the hint that we must have been intruding on their quiet time. Won’t be coming back until some changes are made.

They’re trying but clearly something here isn’t gelling. There were 2 cars in the drive-through and one other customer inside, but he was already finishing and leaving. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and medium hashbrowns. About 10 minutes later I went to the counter to see what was taking so long. My order had been forgotten and the cook was cleaning the grill. The shift leader was good enough to get him on my order but it’s kind of odd that they’d just plain forget about the only customer inside. My real complaint is kind of trivial but it’s the issue that stuck my memory the most. This place is in a wi-fi deadspot. You can get service out in the parking lot but nothing inside. Maybe the piece of land itself is a dead spot, or maybe something about all the brushed metal fixtures inside makes for a signal baffle. Either way, the business could keep my mind off of how long it takes me to get my forgotten order if they offered a free wi-fi connection.

Don’t get their chicken tenders. They are small measly pieces and taste like they’ve been cooked in burnt oil. Their food never seems to taste«fresh». Their patties are dry, their veggies are not crunchy, and the bread is probably the worst. They’re always stale and taste old. Just everything here tastes old. For some reason this Carls Jr. is more expensive than others I’ve visited. They advertised their 24 hours but now reduced to 12 am. I came to get a late night meal at 11:15 and they were closed.

Absolutely terrible service. I was the only customer in an empty store. Ended up waiting 10 minutes for 2 of the same burgers. It seems like they are in the process of being trained as the person making my burger kept asking his manager how to make the actual burger and was visibly struggling to keep pace as he fumbled around the kitchen trying to find the various ingredients. No apology was given after I was handed my food and I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Horrible service. My bet is this place will be out of business before the end of 2016 unless some major changes happen. I’ve been there twice, drive through only. The people taking your order seem like your presence is a huge imposition. It’s probably because you’re interrupting the silence of no one in the restaurant.

I live just up the street from here. We’ve been to this Carl’s a handful of times and each time the service was subpar. Very slow service. Seems like all the employees are still being trained.

This is probably my second time here since they opened. So I was the only person in the drive thru this morning, after paying for my breakfast, I was asked to pull over to the side and wait. I was like… okay, maybe there is another car behind me. 10 min later(and that’s an outrageous amount of time) I’m still waiting and NOBODYELSEWASBEHINDME. The guy finally comes out, gives me my food, without ketchup(the one thing I asked for). ANDNOAPOLOGY for the stupid amount of time that I waited while they had NOOTHERCUSTOMERS. One star is for the food today and last time. It was aight. –4 stars for the slow, substandard service with no apology.

I’m so glad they finally opened! Something else to choose from aside from Wendy’s or Chipotle. Considering they are new, they are providing excellent service! I’ll frequent them more often… Easy to get to and not too busy. It will take a while for people to notice. I’m sure there will be coupons sent out in the mail soon. The dining area is fresh and clean!
