Can’t speak for the place as a whole as I haven’t been going there long enough, but Lindsey kills it even on Dude hair. Been going there for a few months after a couple of shady attempts at some other places and couldn’t be happier. She pays great attention to detail and the price is very reasonable. 5 Stars!

Changes Salon was a dream come true for my wedding prep. Kim (salon manager) arranged a perfect morning for my bridesmaids, flowergirls, family members, and most importantly me (the bride), equipped with fruit and other breakfast treats. The stylists efficiently did over 10 women’s hair and makeup. Also, the salon arranged spray tans for all of the girls earlier in the week. Everyone looked absolutely stunning.
Prior to booking with Changes, I had been to several salons and none of them were eager to take a bridal group — so disappointing! Changes came to the rescue and did not disappoint. I would recommend this salon for any and all of your beauty needs, especially if you are looking for a salon for your wedding.

I went through 2 stylists here before I found «the one». I’m Asian and have a hard time finding a stylist that can give me hair color that compliments my skin tone, which is medium brown (I tan easily). My old stylist in Hawaii would always give me a medium brown color that would turn into an unflattering yellow tinge after a few weeks.
The stylist who saved my hair is Nadia. She is wonderful! She listens to what you want but also lets you know if it won’t look suitable on you. There have been times when I suggested some things and was too stubborn to listen to her and ended up not liking the results. Nadia would then fix it and I would learn my lesson. Now I listen to her suggestions and we come up with compromises.
She created this awesome coffee brown color for my hair that compliments my skin tone perfectly! She also always gave me great cuts whenever I felt like something new. She’s given me layered cuts and layed bobs (like Katie Holmes when she got her bob) and I’ve never left unhappy. I’ve always left very very HAPPY!
I’ve always paid around $ 150 for haircut and color plus tip and it may seem pricey but I think it’s worth the price.
Unfortunately, I moved out of SD and have to find a new stylist, which I’m really dreading. I’m thinking I’ll just fly back down to SD whenever I need my hair done.
