Dr. Madany is awesome, he always answers my concerns in a prompt manner. Jennifer is ok she could be more cheerful. Dax is the main reason I didn’t give 5 stars. He would also be the reason I change pediatricians, he seems very annoyed all of the time and he cuts you off in the middle of your sentence. Fix him and it would be such a better place.

Dr Madany and Dr Zaguli are top notch in my book! I left two doctors offices prior to finding this one mainly because I didn’t trust the other doctors and their bedside manners were so uncaring. I was a new mom and felt abandoned at other doctors offices (on was CPMG! in El Cajon!)
The front office staff could be more warm, caring that’s why only 4 stars instead of 5.
But the most important part — the Doctors. Dr Madany is a little more calm and gentle. Dr. Zaguli is more spirited and fun — been around a long time and is confident with his diagnoses. He wears fun ties and interacts with the children. Dr. Madany is a patient listener. He too has good interaction with children and parents. I LOVE these Doctors… I almost don’t want to tell you so their office won’t be too busy!!! LOL!

Thank you CPCMG for redeeming yourselves and just in time during open enrollment season! We were contemplating switching Drs. After the incident that occurred last visit but I wanted to give them one last try before we made that decision.
The kids returned for another round of shots and we were immediately taken care of by the gentleman behind the counter who got us checked in and ready to go. There were 3 other families there before us and they were called in in their rightful order. It wasn’t long until we too were called and by the same nurse from before! She was very pleasant this time around. She had a warm smile and was very charming. Quite opposite from what we experienced before. She gave the kids their shots and we were done. Hallelujah! The whole appt from check in to exit was less than 30 min so we only paid 2 bucks for parking instead of the usual 4! 360 indeed! The kids and I were VERY pleased… of course after the youngest got over the shock of being stuck in the arm by a needle.
I consider myself fair so I have no problem giving credit where credit is due. I am very impressed with establishments that turn negatives into positives. Instead of rolling their eyes at the review I gave, they took that criticism and made the necessary adjustments to better themselves. Improving themselves they surely did! Congratulations CPCMG to you and your team! 5 stars for taking care of you customers from start to finish in a timely fashion while providing them with delightful service. You’ve surely redeemed yourselves and I am happy to say that open enrollment came and went for us without any changes! Keep it up, bravo!
