Christine’s Coffee

Christine’s coffee is simply amazing. Phenomenal service, excellent quality. It doesn’t get better than this local coffee cart. Starbucks just doesn’t compare! I do not live in San Diego, but I always try my best to visit Christine every time I travel to the city. She takes pride in her business and it definitely shows. Thank you Christine!

Hands down, best coffee in San Diego. Plus Christine is just the nicest person — always positive and friendly. She knows all the little coffee quirks of her regular customers, and brews up perfection every time. Great way to start your day and the best «pick me up» in the afternoon. ;)

Christine’s coffee was great. The selection is massive, and the coffee to die for. Christine is super friendly and willing to chat it up with her customers which is always a nice gesture. When I do come here I am able to get my coffee quickly, and the prices aren’t too bad at all. If you are in the downtown area and need an extra jolt from a coffee then get to this place pronto. I love the service Christine keep it up.

I’m new Downtown and Christine just made me the most amazing Mexican Mocha I’ve ever had! She’s personable and kind and I can’t wait to make this my daily routine!

Wow! I spend quite a bit of time at various coffee shops so I have experienced quite a few different customers service experiences.
Christine’s personality is huge, and she’s just as happy as they come especially for so early in the morning (Christine might be sipping on her own recipe, if ya know what I mean). So thankful I stopped by here to get coffee today, just a small example was how I felt like I was doing her a service by letting her put whip cream on my coffee. Seriously. Her enthusiasm made it so I couldn’t say no.
Will definitely be back.

Christine is personable and will make your coffee just as you like it.
She’s been there for eleven years, so she Must know what she’s doing.
Lines were out the door at Starbucks across the street, so luckily Christine was available! She made my mocha her way and said when I return that I can adjust it however I want, sweeter, not so sweet, you name it. I love mom and pop shops, so I like sole proprietor carts even so!

Literally THE BEST coffee I’ve had in San Diego. Christine knows how to make a memorable cup o’ joe. She has cold and hot coffee drinks, with three varieties of daily brew: vanilla, cinnamon, and the straight up stuff. She makes each one delightful, but for me, the vanilla takes the cake. Not too sweet at all, just flavorful and calming and energizing all at the same time. Christine herself is wonderful and such a pleasant person to encounter early morning. Love this little stand.

Besides her delicious coffee Christine is a very uplifting personality, she seems to know everybody who walks by — this is just a little coffee cart, but absolutely worth it: great tasting espresso and the latte wasn’t bad either! Pity she is closed weekends…

I’ve already had my coffee fix before I walk by this stand on my way to school, however she says good morning to me every time I walk by with a smile on her face! It makes my day that much better knowing people this kind and friendly to strangers still exist!

I always pass by this place on my way to work but have never stopped to try it. Finally decided to check it out today and I’m so glad that I did. Just like so many comments before me, Christine makes her mocha drink much better than Starbucks across the street. She’s really friendly and is very helpful in making suggestions if you can’t decide what to get. Today I got the iced mocha with 2 shots and it is so good. I’m looking forward to trying the Americano tomorrow.

That’s one small coffee selling store, is it not? I like to go local so I wanted to try this particular place that still have quite a decent selection of coffees if you ask me. I looked at which I could try, unfortunately I’m not much into sugary things and it always takes me a long time to decide what to take so I waited in front of the stand while looking at the sign.
The shopkeeper eventually told me not to be shy and asked what I wanted, to which I answered I did not know so she advised me to get a latte (which me common for café drinker) for which I declined sugar. Costed me 2,75 $ bucks if I’m not mistaken. Made me think about coffee ice cream in the end. Really nice coffee, really friendly «staff» if I can say so, and there is plenty of space around if you need to sit. Definitely worth a shot!

Yup, Christine makes amazaball quality pumpkin soy latte.
Not too sweet, and piping hot (I like it very hot). It is just perfect.
Waking in up in downtown and strolling to her cart in pajama-​ish clothes was pretty nice. Got me going well for rest of the day. If you have a chance, I hope you get to enjoy, it too:)
