I’d like to publicly thank Dr Christopher Behr for the great care over the last couple of years. I’m a UPS driver whose knees had 25yrs of wear and tear. Long story short, over the past four years I’ve had a lot of issues. After a couple of knee scopes it was determined that both knees needed to be replaced. Enter Dr Behr. I can’t say enough about this man! Not only is he a highly respected surgeon, he is the ultimate patient advocate. He never let and outside issues(work comp) take precedence over my care. Not to mention, this is a very busy guy but when you’re in the exam room it’s allows about you! I would highly recommend Dr Behr to anyone with orthopedic needs. Thank You again Dr Behr, Anthony Peters

I have had many orthopedic physicians over the years… dating back to the ’60’s…From football injuries and many more sustained while doing crazy TV stories, Dr. Behr not only fixed me, but has been there for follow-up! His demeanor and professional behavior was WAY above the normal. Dr. Behr replaced knees and shoulders for me and the result is A+…

Dr. Chris Behr is the Phil’s Bar-B-Q of orthopaedic surgery. You may have to wait in line but you do it because it’s totally worth it. And both deal with a lot of bones. I had medial and lateral tears in my left Miniscus. Had surgery on Wednesday, elevated and iced on Thursday, went to work on Friday and rode an Easy/flat 14 miles on Sunday. This guy is a virtuoso. And easy bedside manner. No drama. Highly recommended. I got the referral to Dr. Behr from Dr. Allen Richberg. I am very appreciative of this. As a 56 year old person in reasonably good health I feel fortunate to have these sports professionals looking after me.

«At first I was scared due to the other review. But I had a great experience. Everyone was polite and the office ran a smoothly. I recommend this office!»

Do NOT go here. I’ve been twice — first appt. I waited 45 minutes, and the 2nd appt. I was in the waiting room for an HOURAND A HALF and that was AFTER calling ahead of time to see if the doctor was running behind. After waiting for over an hour, I asked the front desk how much longer it would be. She rolled her eyes at me like I was totally out of line, picks up the phone and says«This PATIENT out here wants to know how much longer it will be.» When the doctor finally saw me, he says«you’ll need an MRI» and just walked away. It then took them the rest of the week to fax over an MRI request, and this was only because I called them almost every day. Blanca is the assistant, and she was very rude. She was like the girl at the front desk who acted like I was totally out of line by following up with her. She talked over me, wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise, and said«I’m faxing it over right now» and hung up. When I called the imaging center — SURPRISE! — she still hadn’t faxed it over. I used to work for an orthopaedic surgeon before he retired. I faxed over MRI requests every day, and always while the patient was still in the office. I wouldn’t dream of making a patient wait days to just have the request faxed to the imaging center. This office clearly overbooks, makes patients wait for hours in the waiting room, and simply does not care about their patients’ well-being, time or care. People see the doctor because they are in pain and they would like a little compassion. The people who work here are rude and inefficient. I changed doctors that day and haven’t looked back.
