Booked them for chair covers for my wedding but when I came back to order the color sashes that I wanted, they said that they were no longer going to give me the price that we had negotiated. They made me wait until all the costumers were gone before they told me that they wanted a higher price. This put me in a very bad situation because it was a few months before our weddings and they didn’t give me any notice. I ended up going with Angel’s Bridal on El Cajon and got an even better deal with them.

I ordered flowers through and requested they be sent to a particular place of business the Friday before Valentine’s recognizing that Valentine’s would be a busy day for flower shops. And the delivery person shows up after 5pm on said Friday then calls the recipient when he realizes the building doors are locked and can’t get in. Strike one. When I realize the flowers were not delivered, I sent an email to the company who responded with«Please be advised that the florist is claiming this was delivered 02⁄11 at 4:30pm.» On Monday, the flowers were finally delivered at 3:30pm. Should it not have been delivered earlier in the day since the job was not completed from the previous Friday? Strike two. When I actually got to see the arrangement I was distracted by the attached makeshift card. They used paper below a #17(64 g/m2)…I mean, I have taken grade school exams on better paper than this. Strike three. The paper was so light, flimsy and transparent — completely unappealing, they folded it into four to create the«card» and even took it a step further to use an ink jet printer from the 90’s era to print a floral image on front with my message inside, I was so embarrassed. It made the arrangement look cheap — Don’t they have those cute little business card size cards to attach to their arrangements? Even the grocery stores have those, so I was quite surprised to find that this came from a bridal shop.

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE! I rented chair covers and sashes from them at a really good price, but I guess you get what you pay for. Upon delivery of the chair covers(white with Ivory sash) I noticed they were all stuffed into a big Tupperware bin. When I took them out they were covered in stains and completely wrinkled. I immediately called and talked to a «supervisor» and she said all the chair covers were«pressed» and«washed» and that some of the stains they just can’t get out. NO, these were fresh stains, and every single one of them were covered in them. All of the sashes were frayed on the edges from the hemming coming out. I asked the lady if she could deliver new ones to me and she refused, she said I would have to come to her(which I could not do considering I was the wedding planner, and a brides maid and the wedding was 4 hours away! I then asked her for at least a $ 30 credit for such disgust and she refused that as well. She said she would give 5% off($ 8???) What was that going to do? All of the chairs looked hideous! Upon returning the chair covers to her she tried to back out of the 5% and say the stains were from our party, which they clearly were not. Their customer service is horrible, they don’t care about the client, and would rather make a few bucks than make it right and keep a good name. Don’t go to these people unless you want filthy linens, or go with a really dark color because they don’t wash between uses.

This place is awesome! I had my wedding dress altered here, and I’m very happy with the results. Ann Thu, the lady who helped me through the whole process, was very nice. The tailor who did the alterations was very nice and accommodating– she did a great job with what looked like a difficult dress(many heavy layers of lace)… and the cost of it all was very reasonable(actually, a lot lower than I expected to pay, given how complicated my dress was). I highly recommend them. =)
