Clean Environments

We have used Clean Environments in our Lab for a few years and I can say with confidence that they are consistently terrible.
They spend very little time cleaning and try to do as little as they can get away with.
On multiple occasions, I have shown up to work on Monday morning and found that the cleaning crew left the water running on the sink they used to dump their mop water. I have since had to hang signs about the water, but they go unseen.
We try our best to separate our trash and our recycling here, and on multiple occasions we have found that the cleaning crew has simply dumped all of our waste into the trash to avoid having to make a second trip to recycle.
Because we are a lab, we have to take care and follow OSHA guidelines regarding the biohazardous waste we generate. On multiple occasions, despite having blaring orange signs everywhere as a safety warning, even after many emails and phone calls, we have found that the cleaning crew has taken the biohazardous waste out of their labeled and designated bins to be used as trash barrels! They are clearly not educating their employees to the dangers of handling biohazardous waste that we have repeatedly asked them to not touch. I have also hung signs and warnings directed at the cleaners for this as well, to no avail.
They do a crappy job cleaning, they ignore the customers concerns, and do not communicate with their employees to the level of potentially harming them.
I give them one star because we are required to.
Also, there is one older lady who comes occasionally that is very sweet.

We have been using them for years. Always happy with great results. I would recommend them to everyone!

This company provided the WORST service EVER. We did have a previous relationship with them so they provided us a discounted price, which was nice, but since we were getting a discounted price then they thought they could provide crappy service. They were only responsible for vacuuming, wiping the desks, windexing 2 door windows, and wiping the small kitchen counter. I made several complaints that the job was not being done. I spoke with Steve and he would assure me the service would be better. The service did not get better and for 3 weeks, I was wiping my own desk and the wipe would be completely black, which means it was never being wiped. I’m certain the only service they were providing was trash disposal. I called to speak to a manager again and Steve called me back and was incredibly RUDE. I couldn’t believe how rude he was to a customer. He basically told me we are getting what we pay for. First of all, he must not be needing business that bad to speak to a client that way and secondly, why would he agree to a cost for services if he didn’t like it. Needless to say, we are no longer using this company and I had to hang up on Steve because he was being so rude and had the biggest attitude. I don’t recommend this company based on their janitorial services and customer service.

I’ve used this company a couple times to clean our wool rug from Pottery Barn. They offer pick up and delivery but I just lug our 8X10 rug in myself since its close to save time. They take a few days but the cost is reasonable and rug always looks great after they are done. Would recommend them if your not in a hurry. If you are you might want to wait for some warm summer days so the rug dries quicker.
