i would like to start this review off by mentioning one of the most important things: THISISANALCOHOLFREEVENUE. what does this mean? it means you have to get completely faded off of your ass before you decide to enter because there is absolutely NODAMNALCOHOL in the venue. oh and they don’t warn you about this prior to entrance. no no no. its not posted ANYWHERE until you freaking walk in and the first thing you see after you hand the nice man your ticket is a big THISISANALCOHOLFREEZONE poster. no matter how awesome a venue is, this is an automatic 2 star deduction. thats just how i roll. other than the whole utah like thing, then venue is pretty decent. its clean. the bathrooms are clean(score), and its not huge, so you really dont have to worry about getting trampled on. oh and did i mention that venue parking is… *gasp*… free. fanfreakingtastic. the sound system is pretty good as well. i saw tool here, and they sounded fabulous. i could actually hear what he was singing. truly a decent venue. they just have to fix the whole lack of alcohol thing.

Went here for the innovcation of new students during the Fall Semester of 2004. I’d have to say it’s a nice stadium and it’s the place where the San Diego State basketball team play home games at. Even at seating at the nosebleed section doesn’t seem to take away from the beauty of this stadium. It’s also located on the SDSU campus itself so it’s convenient if you’re a student living on campus or nearby. They also hold concerts here and other events besides sports too.
