Awesome gym, great location… the new place is pretty epic. I love how they take the time to actually teach you how to properly lift to avoid injury and best maximize your workouts.

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years. A lot of people (members and coaches) have come and gone but the culture and community is as strong as ever. The coaching staff is friendly and of high quality.
They’ve started expanding their offerings for some more specialized training in other fitness areas which is nice.
They offer a kids class as well.
