I agree w/Dell S 100%. BUYER BEWARE! Bought rings at Daniels Jewelers, Plaza de las Americas. Lupita assisted us. Assured us gems in rings were top-quality and underpriced. We bought them. We paid $ 3500 for one of them and $ 2100 for the other. Two years later, we wanted to sell the $ 3500 one back to Lupita. Like Del S. we were told no return policy. Decided on eBay and asked Lupita for a Certificate of Authenticity. She looked and searched and blew us off, saying she would call after receiving it from management. She did call, saying management wouldn’t release it. Why? The ONLY reason is bc the stones were not good enough quality to certify = another Daniels ripoff.

I just would like to say DON’T BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. I purchased an engagement ring, the sale lady told me it was a good quality ring. I trusted her and I come to find out it is the lowest grade possible (S1/S2). They have a no return policy, but I need to get my money back or exchange the ring. The diamond is only worth $ 300, I’ve paid $ 1600.I’m real disappointed with the whole thing. I can’t give this ring to my future wife it’s an insult to her and myself. If I can’t get an exchange or refund, I will end up going to small claim court.
