I actually feel kinda bad writing a negative review for this place just because the girl on the phone both times seemed like she felt bad about the mess ups… but the world needs to know the hot mess that is this dominoes location. First time we ordered it was through the phone app. We ordered a medium bacon and spinach pizza, jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread, and 8 piece wings. The delivery guy comes with our order, and it is someone else’s order of 2 pizzas(one pepperoni and one cheese) LOL. Turns out they delivered ours to someone else’s address, and gave us someone else’s pizzas. He spoke on the phone to the manager, and we ended up getting the two pizzas plus our original order re-delivered for no extra charge, and a $ 20 credit. Pretty nifty, no complaints there. Fast forward 2 weeks: my roommate and I decide to use the aforementioned $ 20 credit for another order of pizzas. We call the store to order, and that point they tell us that we can either get the $ 20 credit, or they can send us exactly what we ordered the last time for free. We were like hell ya we’d rather get all that food for free then. The girl on the phone even repeated what the order was, just to make sure she had it right. 50 minutes later the delivery comes… and it’s the wrong order again! LOL! Actually the exact same thing happened, 2 pizzas that weren’t ours were mistakenly delivered to us, with no bread sticks and no wings. We called the store back, the girl who answered the phone apologized profusely and said they would send over our original order of pizza plus the wings and the breadsticks. 30 minutes later, delivery guy comes back but only with the bread and the wings, no extra pizzas. And no offer of other compensation the second mess up either. I mean, we still got some extra pizzas out of it so whatever, but damn this location is gonna run themselves bankrupt by delivering all these extra mess up orders all the time. Would recommend ordering from a different location if you can!

The order procedure online is a very good system… that said, I wish the pizza pies were as good. The pizza’s were just alright and everyone in our group felt the taste was fair to poor.

We placed an online carryout order. The website said, «CARRYOUTTIME Approximately 15 – 20 minutes.» After 15 minutes of them not updating the pizza tracker past«preparing», we went inside to pay and wait longer. Eventually the tracker said it was done, so we went up to get our pizza and were told they made some mistake and had to remake it and that we had to wait 5 more minutes. Total time from order to carry out was 50 minutes. UPDATE: A rep from Dominos contacted me regarding this Unilocal review. They directed me to fill out a long form on their website and mention my case number. Another rep quickly responded via email to inform me that this Dominos location is privately owned and that all they could do was forward my feedback to the owner. More time needlessly wasted :-)

I had my order delivered and it took an hour from the time I placed my order. This dominoes is 5mins away and I was checking the tracker the delivery guy left 3:41 and he got here 4:15…pizza slices were all over the place and everything… and I mean everything was cold and stale… ughhh I’m really disappointed… it even looks cold and stale this is what my pizza looked like when I opened it…

I have had better Domino’s Pizza. The customer service was good but the shocker came when they said they do not have red pepper flakes for customers! They tried to sell me a small container with red pepper. YA; NOT happening. Ever.

I’m asking all SD county to not support this dominoes. The manager needs to learn what customer service is. She was rude and needs to be spoken too. I’m asking this business please speak with her in regards to her customer service. I asked what the specials where and she acted ignorant. I understand its late but I’m a consumer that tips well always. If working this late affects her attitude then the best decision for the business is to replace with someone that’s perhaps younger and less grouchy. She sounded my age and i, m just alarmed at her attitude. this is not good for business and she will affect the income and growth of the location. Please I beg the business to speak with her and correct her actions.

My daughter told me we should try Dominos instead of the old standby Pizza Hut. I had been buying pizzas at a couple of the neighborhood restaurants because I like to keep it local but they are so expensive. Well I was very pleasantly surprised when I showed up a few minutes earlier than expected. It was also really delicious. All the kids loved it. So did the adults.

This people are very unprofessional I Ordered… came out to check at the gate every 2 mins and when I noticed that the Order progress bar was completed to ‘Delivered’ I called them with a friends cell they said they were calling me and I didn’t answer I didn’t have a phone for personal reasons. I left a note saying Honk twice in the order page simple command, I was literally sitting next to the door waiting for the 1st honk. They said they will send someone back to me so I come outside waited for at least 45 mins nobody shows up when my friend comes out and says. they say the driver was honking and neighbors threatened to call police driver left. The driver never made it to my house! I talked to the driver and he sounded confused first he says he was out side of my house honking and then he changed the story to I was a this address and then this one and I couldn’t find yours so I was honking. I asked them to repeat the address it was the correct but the driver never made it home. After hearing what the driver said the supervisor still didn’t realized that the driver was lost or didn’t want to. hire better people next time and don’t back them up when you know they are wrong very unprofessional supervisor very rude. I am never Ordering from this company again.

today i went online to buy a pizza with a garden salad with a sandwich. first the pizza was dry, second the sandwich was cold, and FINALLY the salad was ROTTEN. when called and spoken to the manager about problem, she gave me attitude(BRANDY was her name).

I will never order from this location again. I made an order at around 6:10 pm on a Monday night(no Monday night football) and the tracker said at 6:35 pm that the pizzas were leaving the shop. Since I live in a gated community, the driver would be unable to get in. Since the website promises 15 – 20 minute delivery I went outside to the gate at 6:45. At 7:15 I checked the tracker again and to my surprise the time was now changed to 7:11. So either my pizza disappeared into thin air or the delivery man ate it. Anyway, that’s beside the point. I call and wait on hold for approximately 8 minutes before talking to a rep who told me they were«busy». You were so busy that you made my pizza and gave it to someone else? The delivery guy finally arrived at 7:45 pm(now an hour of sitting outside by the front gates). No apology. The delivery guy was very friendly and the food was still warm(not hot), so that is pretty much all they have going for them. Never again…

Terrible terrible experience, ordered two pizzas at 10:15pm, Domino;s told me they shipped out at 10:37pm. 11:15pm no call, no sign of Dominos car, they claimed they called which I never received a phone call and I was outside my home. They did cancel my order but at the end of the day I will not be doing business with this or any other Dominos for that matter. Terrible.

Using the dominos app, this location was the closet location to my house. The app tracks when it goes in oven and when it’s on the way, for commercial fast food pizza, you can’t complain. Both times I’ve ordered I’ve been pleasantly surprised, the pizza arrived in about 20 minutes and wasn’t bad. Great prices, decent pizza and chicken and super quick delivery.

This is for service I received last weekend. If I could give this dominoes zero stars I would. First, I ordered online at 7am on a Sunday as I was having a get together at my house at 11am and I wanted the pizza to be there asap. I received a call at around 10am from Miguel confirming that my pizza would be delivered at 11am. 11am passes. I give them some time because I figured they’d be busy on a Sunday. I call them at 12pm and Miguel said that he sent the driver out at 11am and he didn’t know what happened. After he put me on hold to figure out the problem he tells me that the driver knocked on my door and attempted to call me and he did as well. I told him I did not have any missed calls and that no one knocked on the door because I was outside setting up for my party! I expressed my disappointment with their service and he brushed it off and made it seem like it was my fault for” not answering my phone”. REALLY? I asked him if I could speak to the manager and he said that he wasn’t there. One hour later I finally received the pizzas. Sure enough they messed up our order and gave me a cheese and pepperoni pizza when it should have been two pepperoni. AND the pizzas tasted like they were made hours ago and everyone in the party agreed. I called back and spoke to Miguel. AGAIN, he brushed it off and said that that’s what I ordered and that the pizzas were just made before delivery. I insisted I speak to a manager. He replied with«I am the manager». Really? Because you said earlier that the manager wasn’t there. I told him that they have the worst customer service and that I was completely dissatisfied. His reply was«no, I’ve never gotten any complaints». Usually a manager would offer something to solve the situation and to make the customer happy. Not Miguel! This place is a disaster and someone needs to get Miguel out of there. Obviously he doesn’t know the first thing about customer service.

This Domino’s has seating!!! That’s a first isn’t it? It’s brand spanking new and pretty spacious. When I went in it was dead and I only went for a pick up. there were a couple big screen TV’s. It’s a chain restaurant so there’s not a whole lot to say. I ordered a Bacon Ranch Sandwich, it tasted the way it was supposed to. It’s in a shopping center that includes Home Depot, Subway, Bank, 99 cent store, Taco shop… etc. That being said, there’s usually plenty of parking to be found. Four star because everything went well for me here AND it has seating.

Since I’m the first to review this place, I’ll be nice and start if off with 5 stars. If anyone feels that needs to be changed then please write your review! This place is brand spanking new and needs a review! The facility is rather large and has seating for dine-in customers. YES that means they serve pizza’s by the slice at this particular location. It’s clean and the staff is very kind, polite and easy to communicate with. This location is open till midnight I believe M-Th and till 1am on Fri & Sat… not sure about sunday I ordered online to get the $ 7.99 large pizza 3 toppings carryout deal and everything came out great. The pizza wasn’t burnt, the toppings weren’t heavy on one side and poverty on the the other, the flavor was great and it was fresh out of the oven when I got there. The only downfall was that they haven’t received their stock of parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper yet. Normally I would deduct a star, but this place was a newborn and everyone was polite. now… if i go back there and things change… i’ll go all red bull on this place. The lady at the counter greeted me with a smile, gave me my pizza and I was on my way. Hopefully they keep this service up.
