Going to EB games is always a fun time. Whats more fun than getting a new xbox 360 game?
Midnight releases are the best because there is a pizza place so close.

I have to agree, what makes this location great is the staff… if you ever go to this location and they don’t have what you want, they will be on the phone asap, finding you a location that has what you need! They are all very friendly, always a pleasure!

Selection and Price.
I did a quick search for Gamestop on my iPhone as I was going north on I-​5 (totally unsafe), wanting to call the guys in Midway. The guy that answered was polite and pleasant, and gave me the price and availability of the game I was looking for. When I rolled up a few minutes later, they quickly got the game for me, and I was out the door ‘skosh.
My son has been going here for year to buy and sell his games, knowing they have a good selection. Sometimes they don’t, but that’s to be expected. You’ll pay normal price for new games, but discounted prices for used games.

EB GAMES AND GAMESTOP HAVE MERGED… THIS LOCATION IS NOW A GAMESTOP
this is your typical video game store that carries the various consoles, games, and video game accessories. prices for new games are pretty standard, but used games can average between $ 20-​$ 30 (sometimes lower, depending on how sorry the game is). games that haven’t been released yet and are expected to be sold out can be reserved with a $ 5 deposit; the deposit goes toward the game. if they don’t have the title on stock, they can check to see if any other locations have it on hand. if you’re prone to scratching games, that’s ok, you can buy insurance (i think it’s like $ 5 or cheaper) that will replace the your game within i think a years time. places like this are a dime a dozen.
the thing that keeps me going back to this specific location is the staff. they’re friendly and not elitist snobs… wow. my experiences at other shops had me bewildered to how an über geek could snob the hell out of me, and look down on me over the platform i used or the game i was buying. i thought we shared a common bond, but sadly, i was mistaken (i only have regular geek status)…these fools almost hurt my feelings. anyways, the staff at eb games were good on making recommendations based on genre and previous games i’ve played, and i even caught myself geekin’ out with them a few times. these guys are straight gangsta.
