I have have been working with Elite Escrow for many years they are professional and efficient in handling the most difficult of Real Estate transactions. You will not be disappointing when you have Belinda Bales as your escrow officer.

Negative 10 000 stars! You are supposed to trust the escrow agency to make sure everything is transferred fair and correctly. That’s exactly what they did not do. They forgot to transfer real estate property into my name that i purchased. i had to find out when the property tax bill arrived in the previous owners name. i brought it to their attention and they blamed the city for the error. It is not an urgent thing for them and they basically put me on the back burner. I WOULD NEVER EVER TRUST THIS AGENCY IN AN ESCROW AND I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT AS WELL.

As a newbie to the process of escrow I was very ignorant about how they work. I found Michele at elite escrow to be very rude and snippy at best whenever I asked questions that she felt had been answered clearly on paper for me. Her assistant was also the same. Rudeness is contagious! In One of my first conversation with her she raised her voice in frustration with me and I had to remind her to change her time and that I am her customer not her child. A lot of the language or terms were unknown to me and as a communicator by nature I wished for more hands in approach as a customer. I wanted her to be more courteous and maybe give me a call to explain things not just send me more paperwork. She clearly has no people skills at a. This company is definitely not for anyone who wishes not to be treated like a number or for anyone who may have extra questions. Closing costs also ended up being more than verbally quoted but because they were indeed laid out in writing she didn’t see the problem with that either and demeaned me with her tone when I brought it up. Very frustrating and unhappy experience fore and my family. It was actually worse than dealing with the IRS

I can’t say enough good things about Elite. I have used many escrows companies, being in the real estate business. Some are good, some are okay, and some are horrible. It really comes down to customer service and response time for me. I got hooked up with Shanon Leder and Alison Melendez a while ago and I have never chosen to work with a different company since. They answer emails quickly and they even answer their phone… sad that so many companies these days make it impossible to get them on the phone.
They also make all of my clients feel at ease during the escrow process which is huge for me. This team goes above and beyond and I refer them to everyone I know. I can guarantee… if you give them a try you absolutely will not be disappointed.

My experience with Elite Escrow is beyond five stars. I’m impressed by how many knowledgeable professionals work there, but my favorite one is escrow officer Angela Ruscigno. She always responds to calls and e-​mails right away, she’s very detail oriented and professional. They are my first choice of escrow and I recommend everyone who wants an easy and pleasurable transaction to use them.

As first time home buyers, we expected the escrow process to flow smoothly and professionally. It started off great but once we reviewed the first set of escrow documents, we found error after error (names misspelled everywhere, dollar amounts wrong everywhere…). We reviewed together and was told those would be corrected, only to find that at the closing — all the same mistakes were still there! Careless mistakes continued to the point where our refund check was mailed to a 4 digit zip code! Kudos to the USPS for successful delivering these important documents.
