Very nice place. Can not say that for the city. Ocean Beach is a dump. Dirty with ton of graffiti everywhere. We will not come back to this city. As for the bed and breakfast. The owner was very friendly the room clean. No AC and its on a flight path where it’s so loud that a person can not hold a conversation.

This place is fantastic.
The price is a bit high compared to what you get, but overall a great experience.
I only stayed one night and we slept past breakfast… but the community is great. Walking distance to bars and restaurants of OB. Positioned right up on Sunset Cliffs with a gorgeous view just a few steps away.
The bed was also, probably, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.
No complaints except for the price comparison…
