Express

Walked in. I was greeted. I wanted a suit, she helped find my size. Very good, clean, fast, professional help.

As a man, service doesn’t matter, which some of the folks at this location don’t understand what that is. I walk in knowing what I want, and the size. To me inventory is everything, and this place doesn’t have it. I’ve walked in about 5 times, looking for jeans, slacks, shirts, and they never have my size/​color. Even their most popular style and colored jeans they don’t have (32X34 is a common size) (32×32 in slacks) Never shopping at this location again.

When I went into the store mind you at 7:31pm. I had called in and mentioned I had a returned to do and i asked if i could do a returned the sales person that works at Express mentioned to me to come down and the exchange/​return could be done. Mind you I drove from Chula Vista to this store and when I got to the cash register to let them know one of the floor sales/​cashier with glasses mentioned to me it cannot be done. I would say poor customer service in this case he had an attitude and I then ask could I please speak to a manager. He still mentioned to me it cannot be done. I politely mentioned to him again could you please call a manager that is why I called. He then called the manager and whispered to him as he walked away that the exchange cannot be done. Again this is poorly you could wait until I walk out the door, but instead he said it in a shady way not a good way to get customers. Don’t get me wrong I love express, but that pretty much gave me a wrong expression. Then EZE «the Manager» stepped in and helped me out in the needs I have. He recommended some clothing and he answered every question I had. Best Customer Service yet! Eze does represent what EXPrESS is and this is why I love this store because sales like him. There’s nothing more than going somewhere and getting feedback like I had with him! Thanks Eze

I only shop here when there’s a huge sale going on or if they send me a coupon.
I usually like Express, but this location has the smallest selection compared to Fashion and Mission Valley.
This mall is outdated and it’s hard to get from one level to the next while pushing a stroller.

Well, Express is pretty much my favorite clothing store in the planet. They always have AMAZING sales; keep an eye out for them! Yes, the clothes are usually pretty pricey, BUT if you work the sales, you will get good quality clothing for an awesome discount! I’ve been to this specific Express twice, again, during a big sale, and they are always either running low or out of the small sizes of the items on sale. I would advise to get there as soon as the sale starts if you want to secure a small size. Also, their selection is moderate; this Express is not as big as the one in Fashion Valley. However, the associates are wonderful; they are polite and helpful!

Much better clothing than the skinny stuff from the past few years. Looks like we are back to clean lines and solid tailoring. There are men’s clothing as well, not like the description says.

Nice selection of clothes with reasonable prices.
