I have never left a Unilocal review before but I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful Connie and her services are. I have received lash extensions from her and they are amazing. She is very sweet, the few times I have been to her salon, I had child with me and she was very nice and accomodating. She is more than my lash lady, she is a friend and is really easy to talk to, I felt comfortable around her the moment I stepped into her studio. The salon is very nice and clean and she is very professional. Needless to say, I will be returning for more services in the future and I would recommend her to anyone looking for any of the services she provides.

I have received many services from Connie and I cannot say enough good things about her! Her suite is so cute and she is just a wonderful person. Her services, i.e. Lash extensions, facials, etc are all top notch! She creates a very relaxing atmosphere and is a joy see each appointment. My favorite is my monthly facial. I always leave with my skin looking bright and fresh. Can’t recommend her enough!

I absolutely love Connie, I don’t think I will go anywhere else but with her. She is very professional in what she does and every time I get my eyelashes done with her, I feel amazing. Can’t tell you how many compliments I get about my eyelashes… I definitely recommend her.

There are 3 things that I look for when I’m choosing a new place for anything beauty (hair, eyelashes, wax, nails, etc.)
1. Cleanliness – Connie gets a perfect 10, her shop is cozy, clean and wonderfully perfumed.
2. Customer Service– –Connie gets a perfect 10, very easy to communicate with her via text. She is always courteous and sweet, I enjoy our conversations while getting my lashes done (her voice is very soothing, easy to fall asleep)
3. Quality — Another perfect 10! Her lashes are AMAZING! She really takes pride in the quality of her work, and you can see it from a mile away. I must get 3 compliments a day due to my lashes. I’m not a person who wears a lot of make up so my lashes make me look like I put some serious time into getting ready. The only problem is you may get addicted to them!
I highly recommend Connie to anyone looking to get eyelash extensions, I haven’t tried any of her other services, but plan to get a facial in a couple weeks.

I honestly loved her as a person super fun and great convos. Since I’ve never done eyelash extensions before I didn’t know what to expect. They were okay. But then again what do I know how eyelash extensions are suppose to look. I told her to fix some that were falling off and instead she pulled some of my real eyelashes off. I don’t know why. I went to another place to take them off and she put too much glue so it took longer to take them off. Where I went they did a way better job I don’t even feel like I have them on. With Connie’s eyelashes they were waying and destroying my natural lash. I would not recommend anyone to go to Connie. I’m sorry.

I have been going to Connie for over 2 years now to get my facials. I have oily skin that tends to get clogged with an occasional full teenage like breakout. Connie does a great job helping me manage my skin. I see her once a month religiously. She takes her time and does an amazing job unclogging my pores. The best part is that she does a great shoulder massage at the end. She has been very accommodating of my schedule, always finding a way to fit me in. She is fun, sassy, and her prices are very reasonable. I have read sone of the negative reviews and I will say this: When I first started going to her she was not always quick to respond to messages and once and a while she would be running late BUT within the last year there has been none of that. She always gets back to me and sends me appt. reminder texts. She is typically waiting for to arrive. Great job, reasonably priced, convenient location… can’t beat it!!!

I have been a client of Connie’s for over a year and she has consistently been amazing to me. She is always on time, returns my calls /​texts, sends me reminders and has even come in on a day off when I had a «lash emergency» before a big date. I look forward to my appointments every time, and her voice is so soothing, that I often times fall asleep when she is doing my lashes. I have recommended two of her other existing clients to her and they are just as dedicated as I am. Sola Salons is in a convenient location, parking is easy and Connie’s prices are extremely competitive and her product is great. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for lashes or skin care!

Unprofessional and never returns calls — Don’t waste your time or money

Connie is extremely unprofessional and judgmental and is not conscious about providing good customer service. I had to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment time and she was very misleading in regards to the waiting time frame. i have NEVER experienced the poor customer service i received from her.

Connie Campbell is the sweetest! Not only is she very sweet she is knowledgeable & has given me great skin tips I must add that my skin is looking better. I cannot wait until my next visit with her.

I’ve never had a facial with Connie so my review is solely based on the scheduling of an appointment process. As mentioned earlier I’ve never had a facial because trying to schedule an appointment with her is nearly impossible. I purchased a Groupon voucher and luckily I was able to cancel the services I purchased with Connie. I’d rather take my money and business elsewhere to be truthful. She definitely isn’t professional. The only way of contacting her is through text messaging because she never answers her phone. Even with text messaging it took her several hours to reply, yes I understand she has clients to tend too but after a few days and still no appointment, thats a problem! I can go into any salon and book an appointment that suits my schedule easily! I literally felt like I was chasing her for an appointment, never felt that way with other salons. Normally it’s the opposite and their making most of the effort to satisfy their client/​customer. I’d ask her if she was available on tho day and she’d reply «sorry booked» then I would suggest the weekend and same reply «sorry booked!» Ok obviously I want an appointment because I did pay for the services so she could have at least given me some options at this point! If you’ve purchased a Groupon voucher and are having the same issues with scheduling an appointment, contact Groupon and let them know what’s going on. They have happily refunded my money in the form of Groupon bucks. So even though I wasn’t refunded my money, I can still purchase a Groupon voucher for a merchant who is more deserving of my money.

My facial was a pleasant experience. However, the products she used reacted on my skin. It burned all day, and the next. I looked sunburned and it was tender to the touch. I tried contacting Connie 3 times to find out what the product was so I could avoid it in the future. She never responded to my Q. Although the burn was unintentional, the lack of customer service after the problem was disappointing.

From the instant I met Connie I knew she would be more than my eyelash cosmetologist. Her business is adorned in pink, silver, grey and a hint of black. You instantly feel like you’re a princess getting ready to be pampered. Connie’s soothing voice and expert professionalism puts you in a relaxed state. I love going to get my eyelashes done after work. Sometimes I’m amazed that I fall asleep! I have been going to Connie for 5 months and I look forward to seeing her lovely smile every time. Connie always has snacks and water which she so graciously provides. I always think that these little touches say a lot about a person :-)

Connie is woman with so much talent. She makes you feel comfortable when you come in to your appointment. It’s nice and quiet every time I go in there to get my lashes done I go to sleep. That’s my time to relax and get pampered. I’ve had the facial and paid for the hubby to get a massage for his b-​day he said she has magical fingers that’s next on my agenda. I give her a 5 star review because she gives you the 5 star treatment. You go Mrs. Connie love your work.

Not only is Connie a true professional at lash extensions she is also a delight of a women. Her studio is private so it is very relaxing. No loud background noise like you get in hair salons. Its just you and her in the room. She is fast because she has years of experience and I love the way my lashes look. She also specializes in massage and facials that I plan to try very soon! I love never having to wear mascara again, it makes it so easy to get ready! Thanks Connie… Im addicted!
