We bought a sectional and a chair for our movie room. The process of buying the furniture was easy and painless. The furniture is beautiful and after almost 3 years, still looks brand new. We did have a zipper that stopped working on one of our couch cushions (honestly probably as a result of my kids pulling on it too much or something) and it was out of warranty but they told me to bring it to the store to see what they could do. Within 24 hours, they called for me to pick it up. It is fixed and is good as new! I highly recommend this company and their furniture.

Absolutely GORGEOUS furniture. All fully customizable from the fabric to whether you want to add an extra section for storage. The staff is SO friendly and helpful and they really made me feel very welcome. While I walked out without buying anything, I’m hooked and I know I’ll be back because there’s a grey couch/​pull out bed with a memory foam mattress that, if everything works my way, will be adorning my living room in all it’s glory! Great business! Thanks for your help!

Some of the most amazing furniture on earth. Literally left me shocked! Sales people were super nice not pushy at all and they know what they’re selling. I know where I’m getting my next couch!

This is really a 5 minus stars rating, because they are some little things they can improve on… but first for the good news:
— shop is great, staff is friendly and sophisticated in their approach, customer oriented… We walked in just out of pure curiosity, and walked out an hour later having bought two sofas…
— furniture is made to order, there are probably a gazillion combinations you could come up with (not all would be good taste though) — so work on it and you’ll get exactly what fits your needs
— furniture (when finally delivered) meets all expectations: the look, the feel, the quality and the sturdiness. Its only been a week, so I hope I’ll be saying the same thing in a year.
On the downside… it took really too long between order and delivery. 4 months. The team at the store could have handled my expectations better than they did. That said, they took it well when I told them: sounds like a team that wants to go from good to great!

Saw this fresh new sign and logo as I drove past Hillcrest for the last weeks, finally made it inside this new store today. Was expecting the same old furniture that the typical furniture store usually has, boy was I surprised. Was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help (but not in a forceful) way. Looked around the store and realized I could be in their for rest of the day, so I knew I would have to quickly look around and come back when I had more time. Great, original items. Can’t wait to go back again when I have a lot more time!

Walked in here casually just to see what they had done with the new place. I had no idea i was going to fall in love with EVERYTHING in the building. Very friendly staff and I’m extremely appreciative no one harassed me, nor pushy and hovering. Allowing me to freely test and play around/​test the furniture.
I scheduled an appointment for a FREE in home consultation. They use an iPad to scan the room and place different styles/​patterns of furniture throughout the scene. It was really rad seeing all the different options. No two pieces will every be alike, there are THAT many options.
The quality is outstanding, the designs are unique, extremely comfortable. They even offer financing with the first 18months interest free! I will most likely be going about this rout because it isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for!
*just a tip: this is a SHOW ROOM nothing is for sale in store, everything is CUSTOM to your choosing. So plan ahead! Worth waiting for: D
