Fiji Yogurt

RIP Fiji Yogurt point loma, thank you for allowing me to visit you four times a week when I was in college with my friends. You will never be forgotten.

Maybe it’s closed for good? Day after Xmas, closed at 1:20pm, interior gutted, machines moved about.

This place never fails to amaze me!!! I’m always looking forward to a good post workout yogurt delicatessen! Thanks Fiji for always making my night.

The yogurt is second only to Pinkberry. But you get way more at Fiji AND the service is much better (you serve yourself). They always have fresh flavors and HOT PEANUT BUTTER.

My wife and I stopped at the Rosecrans Fiji Yogurt on a whim, being in the neighborhood.
The place was devoid of customers. The female cashier was staring at a widescreen showing the Kardashians or some other mindless afternoon entertainment. We were not greeted, and figured out pretty quickly this is a self-​serve establishment.
They were out of chocolate yogurt! The peanut butter and vanilla flavors I had were good, and the toppings were many and varied.
The cashier, striving for an award in multi-​tasking, weighed and charged us for the products while keeping one eye and half her brain on the TV. But, I imagine it’s a minimum-​wage job, so I should keep my service expectations in line. You get what you pay for.
The yogurt I had was good enough to return, if in the neighborhood. Don’t know about the chocolate flavor, though.

Awesome customer service, friendly staff and of coarse with awesome yogurt. Highly recommended for the taste buds. Nice and clean store.

I wasn’t impressed with any of the flavors when I went in, but I do appreciate that they leave their tasting cups next to the containers so that you don’t have to keep asking employees for cups. I ended up getting blueberry tart and watermelon tart, but I noticed there were bugs landing on the toppings because they aren’t covered with lids. Check out the discounts that they offer, which are written on the chalkboard on the wall (student, military, etc.) All in all, my frozen yogurt craving was satisfied, but the fact that I saw bugs land on toppings that I wanted to eat, turned me away.

Has just become my favorite yogurt shop hands down! Awesome flavors and a bigger variety of toppings to choose from.

Came here a few years ago, but didn’t like it, but I recently went back to try it again and I literally went 3 more times that same week! I love all the flavors and I love how they have little tables and chairs for the kids because I have 4! Every worker I dealt with were all friendly!
They have daily deals that make me want to come back to get it! They also sent me a text to get 40% off my bill! I used it an hour after getting the text.

Great place! Family friendly with a TV usually playing Pixar or Disney movies! I love how it’s self serve. They have gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free sorbet options which is so nice! Lots of topping to choose from!
They are always changing up their flavors for some variety. They offer different discounts each day’s closing military and veteran discounts.
If you text «Fiji» to 33 733, they will send you the latest coupon. Overall, I give this place an A+!!!

Even has the goonies on tv! Take a break and have a treat just like you want it — cause you make it yourself :) they even email discounts to you when you add your email.

First time to Fiji yogurt, we came here after eating at The Noodle Company. We walked in and this place was busy, there was about 10 people in there. We got sample cups from the front, I think a lot of people were disappointed to find out that they don’t have a plain original tart yogurt. The other bad/​confusing thing is they don’t have prices posted anywhere. They have tons of advertisement and customer engagement signage everywhere but nothing regarding what you are actually paying for. I got the raspberry tart which was absolutely delicious, but was disappointed once again when they were out of cheesecakes bites. Then we pay and they are out of stamp cards, and receipt paper… This place was just very poorly stocked. Probably won’t be coming back.

This place is great! Super clean, good flavors, nice staff, great music, love it!
Customer service was great, and the girl working was on top of keeping the machines clean and the counters wiped down. My favorite flavor combination is the sea salt caramel pretzel with butterfinger and just a touch of oreo (add a dash of hot fudge or caramel if you need a real sugar coma… YUM!). This place is comfy and awesome. I’ll definitely be back again :)

Similar to Yogurtland with their self service and samples before choosing your style yogurt.
As far as it goes with their flavor selections, not my type, so I went with plain vanilla.
Their yogurt is a little runny, and some are way too sugary.
I consider this place also a little too expensive compared to my favorite Yogurtland.

Unilocalers… WHY?! WHY do you give Fiji only 3 ½ stars?! This has to be some of the best fro yo and toppings I have had in the San Diego area.
As a self proclaimed yogurt connoisseur I have tried an embarrassing amount of fro yo shops. Fiji definitely has some of the creamiest tasting fro yo of them all! The fudge brownie, cinnamon roll and French vanilla were delicious. Top that off with their huge selection of fresh toppings… HOOKED!
If you want to be classy like me I recommend adding just a few like… chewy brownies, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate covered marshmallows, cookie dough, Oreos, peanut m&ms and hot fudge. Obviously that was sarcastic as it is not classy to create a $ 7 yogurt and have twice as many toppings as your boyfriend. But I don’t care and I can tell you first hand that it is delicious :)
Do yourself a favor and stop by here next time you’re craving that fro yo.
Final tip — it’s small inside. But we typically get our yogurt to go and eat it at home with a movie. You can drive at least 10 min without it melting at all :) haven’t a had problem with that! Enjoy :)
