Been a patient for four years. Every time I visit I need to fill out the same full information.
Recently the contact lens company I ordered from sent a verification to this place with the wrong prescription, Doctor Ho verified it as correct. I received hundreds of $ worth of the wrong contacts that I can’t return because the boxes are open (not used).
The doctor denied doing so, even after the company sent me a copy of his verification with his name written sent from them. Basically said your problem, oh well — should have bought from Walmart.
I would say you get what you pay for, but this place isn’t even cheap — especially for being in a Walmart.
