Super bowl is delicious as well as the pumpkin spice latte. It’s subtle but yummy! Great atmosphere here!

Wonderful modern interior, friendly and community-oriented staff(meet Ilka!), and culturally different food: think Haribo gummy treats, pretzels, sauerkraut and sausages. Easy parking and stunning view of the ocean on top of that!

I decided to give this place a try because it’s less than a mile away from home and honestly it looked really cute so I told myself to go in and pick up an açai bowl and a dirty iced chai since that’s the only thing I ever get anywhere. I’ve tried so many different places and this place of one of the few that knows how to make a decent-tasting chai! Actually more than decent, it was really good! It was creamy and the chai taste was actually present even with espresso mixed in. The açai bowl was also delicious! They put a perfect amount of açai as well as granola to balance each other out. I also loved how cute this place is! I did notice that it was a bit hot inside, maybe they’re no AC? But who knows I wasn’t there for that long but next time I’ll come back and try something new and stay to eat there :)

What a great café in Golden Hill to stumble upon. All their coffee drinks are made with Café Moto and they have a great sandwich and pastry selection. Seating indoors and out with free wifi – great atmosphere. Not too noisy, although located right next to Albert Einstein Middle School, so that may depend on the day/time you go. I’ll be back to try the Acai bowl.
