This review is purely based on customer service, as I have not tried he system out yet. Every person I spoke with at Frontpoint was extremely professional and very helpful. We recently had a break in at our house and scrambled to get a alarm system. All of my questions about billing, contract, alarm capabilities, ect. were answered with great detail. They were very willing to work with me with regard to initial costs for equipment as well. After the shock of the break in wore off, I decided that we would probably be okay with a non-​monitored system, so I called Frontpoint to cancel. It was incredibly easy, and there was no pressure to keep the system, just a person making sure I had received all the information I needed from Frontpoint. Aside from the fact that we chose to return the system due to financial reasons, the experience dealing with them was stellar. If we decide in the future to get a monitored system, I will certainly return to Frontpoint!
