Full Circle Design

This was my initial post on Facebook:
I hired company X to reseal the stone they installed when they redid our pool. Around November 10, 2015, they resealed the stone. On November 30, 2015 I contacted Company X because the Stone had discolored and looked as if wet glue had been poured on it. As of today February 15, 2016 I am still waiting for them to come and repair it. The owner of this company was out here in a flash when there was money to be made. Now that it’s going to cost him to fix something that they messed up, (not my problem), it’s been like pulling teeth to get him to even respond to my emails. They are supposed to come out tomorrow, I’m not holding my breath, and finally correct the problem. After it’s been completed, I will post the name of the company. I’m beyond annoyed with these companies that are so eager to take your money to do a job, and seemingly disappear when you need them to come back and fix something.
Full Circle Design and Remodeling finally fixed the stone. It only took two months and me bugging him with four emails. They did a great job redoing our pool, they were HORRIBLE at coming back to repair their mistake. Customer service rating, ZERO. I neglected to mention what a HORRIBLE job they did on replacing the Decoseal also known as mastic. We are having it redone by someone else because they did such a crappy job.

I represent Stonebrook Landscapes and was calling Full Circle Design for a general inquiry. The service and professionalism I experienced from Jeff the owner was very impressive. Based on the quality of their work and customer service this is surely a 5star company.

I have worked with both, Jeff and Jesse in the past and both of these gentleman are very experienced, professional, and creative. The work that Full Circle Design does is above and beyond what anybody could possibly hope for. Beautiful and quality work!

We are having an experience similar to K.C. I saw a friends FB post & how happy she was so I scheduled an estimate/​bid, he rescheduled. (Okay, things happen.) Then when the guy showed up we spent just over an hour walking, discussing & measuring the property. He told me the estimate would be sent within a couple days. A week or so passed so I emailed them to find out the delay. He asked me to provide specs for the appliances I wanted to install. After two-​days of research & working with an appliance company I provided spec’s for each appliance. It has now been a little over a month & I’ve heard NOTHING, in addition, my friends project has revealed several issues (the most concerning is the concrete seal has bubbled up & there are white splotches) which happened within the month of their completion. Full Circle has yet to respond/​address the issues… #unprofessional #poorservice #poorquality

Jeff with Full Circle Design and his team landscaped my front and back yards. He provided me with artist drawings and 3 different cost estimates. The work was amazing and my yards are beautiful and functional. I wanted something with low water usage and low maintenance. It took less than 1 month to complete and his follow up is exceptional. I would highly recommend Jeff and Jesse.

When we called Jeff he responded with a meeting and measured our yard. We told him what we had in mind and he came back with a design that had everything we wanted but it was out of our budget. Working with Jeff, he came back with an alternate plan, not quite so grandiose, but with most of the design features of the original and at a price that was still slightly over budget but workable and well worth the extra. Jeff and Jessie completed the project on time and within the price quoted.
We could not be more pleased with total project. I will use him again if the occasion arises.

I would only use this contractor if it’s not his busy season. Jeff promised us a bid on our project yet came up with excuses as to why it was late and when we’d have it. Eventually, he told us he was too busy. We wanted to use him and we were wlling to wait. However, now we’re more than two weeks behind. Just not very professional…

Jeff designed and built a great second story deck for my wife and I and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. I highly recommend Jeff, he is great to work with and designed a deck that transformed an otherwise plain house from the exterior.

I have worked with Jeff H. of Full Circle Design for several years. He is a consumate professional with a firm view of delivering quality, on time and within budget. He is a pleasure to work with. I give him top marks!
