If you can confirm a severe pest control problem, then why are you still moving people in and not informing them? And the comment about people not reporting the issue is a LIE! It is pretty much the topic around the entire complex!!! Your new manager, Jessica right? I’m pretty sure will be let go before summer! I recommend ALL tenants to report this place to the health department.

You raised the rent to almost $ 1600 for a two bedroom and you’re saying by painting the whole complex that the quality is better? But when I asked to have my carpet replaced l got we’ll look into it even though the exterminator that you guys hired said to replace the carpet to get rid of the bed bugs nothing happened. You’re maintenance guy stapled a crack on my ceiling which took over 9 months to get fixed, if that is what you call fixed then that says what about you’re quality. What is the number mangers that have came through the complex in the last 2 years what 15 18 managers.

I went there& apply for the 2bd/1 br unti at 5:30 PM. They took $ 72 for credit /background check. 9:00 AM next day, they said we have problems w the credit check but they weren’t able to show me the report. Also, the unit already rented by some one else.
I thought they’re cheating on the report, they just want to take money from everybody so I called them to see the report.
They never picked up my phone.
People, pls be careful w them.
I’m going to claim the money anyways, it’s not b/c of money, I just want to let them know they shouldn’t do it.
