I visited with Dr. Mueller regarding a breast cyst consultation. I wish that all physicians showed the same respect and time for their patients. Dr. Mueller took time to explain and educate me on my condition, offered advice and input and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. I am so happy to have crossed paths with this doctor …

Dr. Muller was so comforting and his whole team made the whole process smooth from my first appt all the way through my last. Carmen was available
²⁴⁄₇ for issues or questions. I had all of mine answered prior and had no issues.

I have not had surgery yet but so far I cannot say enough about this place… My journey began In April/​May 2015. I had been researching for a month or so and decided I wanted Dr. Mueller to be my surgeon. (this was before I had known anyone to have had him). I scheduled the seminar and was so excited to meet him. I went to the seminar I believe was May 9^th. Unfortunately when I got there Dr. Mueller was not able to make it so his nurse taught the class. Although I was bummed she did a great job. I was so looking forward to scheduling an appointment with him and meeting his nutrition. However, my insurance would not allow it. I had to do everything outpatient somewhere else. Finally after 6 months my insurance allowed me to go see him. I went and met with Dr. Mueller and his staff Dec 18^th… I walked in his front office was so polite and professional. I filled out my paperwork and maybe I waited 5 minutes before I got called in by Carmen. Carmen is the MA as well as she does all the authorizations and surgery scheduling. She took my weight and roomed me and asked if I had the quiz that was givin to me at the seminar I told her I had faxed it way back in May and I also told her I had all my nutrition stuff, weigh ins and Psych eval faxed to her with my referral. Dr. Mueller came in in maybe 5 minutes Max. The whole time I was here I waited barely at all. Dr. Mueller was so nice and compassionate. Thanked me that I had stuck it through. Answered all my questions and even wanted to make sure if I had anymore. He explained to me which procedure he felt I should get and why. (I was excited cuz he said the one that I wanted lolz). He was extremely detailed even showing a diagram and what would happen. Even though I already knew cuz I had studied it for the last 7 months. And before he left he had Carmen come back in. Carmen told me that she would check on Monday Dec 21^st to make sure she had everything she needed to submit for surgery. By Wed Dec 23^rd She had told me the great news that my surgery was already approved. I was sooooooooo Ecstatic and I was also very blown away by this girl… She had everything including everything from 6 months pryor. There was no hassling no nothing. Carmen definitely knows what she is doing… I have my surgery date and everything. I may not have had surgery yet but im sure it will go well. I since have met 2 people who have been operated on from Dr. Mueller and they have nothing but great things to say… If your looking for a surgeon who will listen to what you have to say and a friendly staff and someone who knows what they are doing as far Insurance auths. I would completely recommend this office!!!

Dr. George Mueller is a very competent surgeon. He explained the surgical procedure needed thoroughly and gave me options about it. He is very direct and straightforward but in a polite and respectful manner. He took the time to address my questions and concerns both before and after my procedure. I am thankful for his help with my case. His office staff was also pleasant especially Gladys, Carmen, and Barbara. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

Dr George Mueller is a wonderful supportive surgeon. He was/​is patient and kind and helpful. His skills are beyond wonderful. His staff is amazing and accommodating.
From the first time I called his office to get info on Bartraric surgery his staff answered all my questions calmed my fear and put me on the path to where I needed to go. His staff has no judgement just there to help. The process was smooth and easy to get through. When I met with Dr Mueller again he was compassionate and willing to help with any questions or concerns and calmed my concerns. We discussed all the different surgery options and what would be best for me. He took the time to help me understand and what I would need to do for my recovery. His office was clean and very modern. I always had minimal waiting time to see him or his staff.
The day of my surgery again he was compassionate and very helpful with my husband. He keep my husband up to date and explained exactly what would happen. My after care was through and he really cared about my progress. My incesions were perfect healed quickly with very little scaring. I had a VSG and my sleeve has been great. To date I have lost over 90 pounds. I had post surgical complications.
Just a quick note, a few days prior to my surgery I was at party and talking to Dr friend that was there. When I told that Dr Mueller was my surgeon he said «that is wonderful if I were having that surgery that is who I would use hands down.» That to me is also a great sign for another Dr to recommend him.
If I ever need another surgeon no matter what for I will call him first.

This doctor is incompetent and does not care about patient care. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with him after my surgery for adjustments that were deemed medically necessary, and he has been ignoring me. His assistant kept making ridiculous excuses for why he couldn’t see me – for two months.
She kept promising to check with the doctor and call me back, but she kept «losing» my number and I had to call every time. After two months of having me fill out forms, and calling my insurance company, which approved these visits a long time ago, she finally said the doctor will not be seeing me. And this was an emergency.
This doctor only cares about scheduling your surgery because that is how he makes most of his money. The post-​surgery care is even more important to the patient than the actual surgery because without it, there can be serious complications and the surgery would almost certainly be a failure. But these post-​op sessions do not make the doctor as much money as the surgery, so he avoids them in favor of doing more surgeries.
Your surgery will change your life and you need your doctor’s supervision to ensure success. You won’t find the care that you need with this doctor, so I recommend you find another doctor who is not just in it for the money.

Better make sure this Dr knows what he is doing before he gets inside and figures out the job is way too much for him to handle and «he’s never seen anything like this» So don’t be shocked when Dr Sissorhands cuts you up. I was very surprised and sickly after my 5 hour surgery that was suppose to be 3hrs.
The office is filthy one day there was literally blood and guts on the floor which didn’t concern anyone… like an everyday occurrence. I say stay away!

Dr. George Mueller is a great surgeon. I am very satisfied with the quality of care he’s provided and would recommend him wholeheartedly.
