Will be coming here from now on. Vicky takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. She has great customer service and is very polite. She didn’t rush at all and made sure my nails had enough coats of gel polish as I chose a very light color (I didn’t even have to ask like I usually do at other places). Prices are very reasonable too. Make an appointment as she is busy :)

Vicki did an AMAZING job on my nails. I came in and showed a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it! It didn’t break the bank either! I’m definitely going back to her.

The new ownership is top notch. Very friendly and kind, they make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Great attention to detail! I’ve gotten gel nails and they last for over a month! I came back in because my nails grew out but they still looked fabulous! Best deal for your money, I won’t be going anywhere else.

I had purchased a promotional flyer card from Joe when he came into our office to introduce himself and their business. I believe they’re the new owners of this nail location. So I made an appointment for me and my cousin to get a full gel set and pedicure.
Salon is small but very clean and Joe and Vikki were very welcoming. Perfect mani and pedi for great prices. Even got a glass of wine while I got my chair massage during my pedicure. Vikki also takes her time in making sure your nails are perfect. She re-​did a nail that I didn’t even notice having any flaws.
Highly recommend them. I’ve received numerous compliments on how nice my nails are.

The owners take such good care of their customers! Offering beverages, never abusing your time. The work quickly and produce great quality of work! If they are busy they won’t lie to you by telling you 10mins, but then taking you 30mins later. they are honest and loyal!!! The prices are great, lots of deals and discounts and parking is always available! I have been for multiple pedicures, and a full set that I continue to go back for fills, I’ve also had my eyebrows done. Finally found a nail shop to call home! I love them

Came in the other day for a last minute girls morning out with two of my friends and we had an amazing experience! Watched a little football! The other two girls enjoyed delicious complementary mimosas! We really enjoyed talking with the new owners and just relaxing. I had to wait my turn (I was only getting a fill) and they offered to let me sit in a pedicure chair and use the massage! It was wonderful!

Came here randomly today and Vicky did a GREAT job. I’ve tried several places recently looking for someone who took their time and took pride in doing my nails and I think I’ve found her. Great job. Thank you.

The new owners (Vikki and Joe) are extremely personable and professional and you can really tell they are customer service oriented.
The place is clean (!!) and nice and I received great service during my mani/​pedi. Great prices and got a long nice massage on the great massage chair (during my mani and pedi). Vikki has a great esthetic eye as well.
They have fun promos as well! Champs and wine included with services :))

They advertised 20% off because of new management or something so came in for a quick mani and pedi while getting my car fixed nearby and I will not come here again. The lady doing my nails and toes was not personable AT ALL and made me feel really uncomfortable. She would sigh and give me attitude every time I would ask for something. I picked a glitter polish for my toes and ended up with a weird looking spotty job because she rolled her eyes every time I asked for another coat. The color I picked from the samples of gel nails looked nothing like what ended up on my hand and when I looked at them the lady practically hissed at me. Also I got cut twice. Once on the foot and once in my hand. you can’t treat people like this and expect them to want to spend their money there. Not worth the 20% percent off to get hissed at, cut, and leave with nothing that you asked for.

The place is clean, quick, and does a great job!
I am especially picky when it comes to getting gel nails and have been to 3 other salons before and let’s just say I was impressed. All of the staff is equally as talented. The polish was smooth, even, not to thick or thin, and lasted 3 weeks! My biggest pet peeve is when the nail polish touches the skin and that didn’t happen here. Attention to detail is everything! Will definitely be recommending this location to all my gal pals :)

First timer. It was wonderful. I got the basic mani/​pedi and it was very affordable. And Vicky did an amazing job!!! She really got my cuticles done and the massages were wonderful. I will definitely be going back!

Management has changed again. The new owners seemed to be really focused on customer service. I got a French pedicure and eyebrows done. Vickey’s (owner) work was better, more meticulous than the previous. She also gave a pretty good leg massage. They also seemed to be much cleaner overall. Definitely worth a try.

$ for WAXING… you can’t beat that anywhere. The price is ‘groupon’ all day long. Walk in .fast and clean! …when your head is right for the job, is wonderful.
GETTING there is a little complicated until you pass it once or twice. Off 8 on Mission Gorge, head north. Go slow because you can’t see the entrance until you have passed it. The driveway in is 100 ft before you see entrance, a very small off street parking in front the strip.

Over priced for the job they did, left brush marks in my gel polish my French tips were not the same length or even straight. Felt like she really rushed on the job just to get another person in the seat. Not pleased at all.
Also when I spoke up about the price early on I was told that they use a good product and do a good job, I literally had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. If my mother wasn’t with me I would have walked out.
My mothers pedi was done decently but she also had to wait over 30 minutes past out appointment. Overall bad experience!

So I found this place on a whim and am so happy I did. I was drawn by the description of «gel nail specialist» because once you go gel you can never go back. This place was out of control great! I got a Fourth of July themed French gel mani and a perfect pedi. I showed her a picture of something similar and totally got exactly what I wanted. They were fast and very friendly. I also found out they have eyelashes and waxing (in heaven!!). If you are looking for a great nail spot to relax and take a you break, you’ve found it. This is the best work I have gotten in a very long time.

Kristin is awesome! Super sweet, fits you in last minute and really cares and takes effort to do your nails right! Also just got a full set of lashes for only 85!!! That’s what I used to pay for a fill! Highly highly recommend. I have searched high and low for affordable, nice AND quality– they met each mark. 5 stars all the way.

I really wanted to like it here. I had my nails done by Kristin 2 times.
The first time I got acrylic fill + nail art and spa pedi. Kristin did a great job on my fill, shaping was mediocre, nail art was fantastic.
Second time I went in, I called to make sure she was there. We agreed on what time I could come. They weren’t very busy at the times i was able to get my nails done which I kind of liked so I didn’t have to wait. I got there within 20 minutes and she has one of her employers set up to do my manicure, she said «_​_​_​_​_​, is gonna take care of you.» I said well, I called and asked for you and I wanted you to do it. She isn’t doing anything and no customers are in the shop. She didn’t want to do my nails. Which if her employee didn’t have any customers today, that’s too bad but I requested her to do my nails. The woman did my pedicure on my first visit and did an okay job. I wasn’t gonna pay to have her do my nails for an OK job…
I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. She did a very rushed job, didn’t speak to me the whole time. Where as the first time she was very nice, and was whole heartedly trying to build her business.
If my experience was like the first visit, I would be a life long customer. I told her I get my nails filled every two weeks and occasionally come in for polish changes every week when I only do acrylic overlay with regular polish. Hey, that would be the ideal customer to have.
But now it’s all about customer service. I won’t be patronizing here in the future.

Ugh. Sigh. Pouty face. Frown. Sigh, again.
I really liked how nice both Tammy and Nancy were, but just check out my mani/​pedi I got 6 ½ hours ago. All I did was go home, watch tv and go out to a nice dinner. My fingers and toes look awful. So much for showing these puppies off at my pool this weekend.
