Green Tech Plumbing, Inc

I’m a bit confused as I wanted to review Green Tech plumbing and TLC came up. I’ve used both over the years, but most recently used Green Tech in May. Perhaps they got bought by TLC.
First TLC — I’ve used them for a variety of jobs, small and large over the years and found them to be very professional, but a bit on the pricey side.
Green Tech — We had to replace all the cast iron under the house and Lucas and his team were nothing short of incredible at a fair price when compared with others. Most importantly, while the job took the better part of a week he always made sure we had at least the kitchen and one shower working throughout the project. He worked early, late, and just flat out got the job done. Can’t say enough about him.
If he did get bought out by TLC I sure hope they treat his customers the way Lucas did.

I am an independent restaurant owner; any restaurant needs a plumber the way the lottery needs a winner. There is so much going on, plumbing-​wise, and any of it can and will break in the middle of a Friday night rush. So not only do you need a good plumber, but one who is willing to drop his own life and come help you on a Friday night. Lucas and his crew are those people. The first time I met Lucas I was blindly trying to correct a rather significant mistake another plumber had made. Lucas came out to the restaurant around two in the afternoon, and wound up having to cut and jackhammer concrete, which he did, and stayed until after midnight to make sure new concrete and epoxy was poured so we could have a chance to open back up for business on schedule. He has been our plumber ever since, and will be until he no longer wants to. Can’t recommend him strongly enough.

I cannot say enough about Lucas and Green Tech Plumbing. I am a business owner myself, and I hate to say, but I do hold high expectations for other businesses to exceed in their service. Lucas did an excellent job on my water heater install, and cleaned up so well that I wouldn’t have even known he was there. He has gained all of my plumbing needs, and as a salon owner, i do have plenty.

I find all plumbers employed by Green Tech to be dependable, give excellent service, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Green Tech Plumbing, and Lucas Perez, the owner. I’ve used them exclusively at my 28-​unit apartment complex for the past 2 years and have always been satisfied with their work.
