Grizzly Lock and Key

I needed a couple locks re-​keyed at the Performing Arts Center that I run. I called Mike from Grizzly Lock and he came out same day and did a great job for a great price! Not only that, but I had another lock that had a stripped screw and Mike was able to fix that for me and didn’t even charge me any extra!!!

Outstanding service from Grizzly Lock and Key! I made an appointment with the owner, Mike, at my convenience, on a Saturday. He called to confirm 30 mins. prior, and arrived with no delay. He rekeyed my condo and was professional, courteous and skilled– all at a great price! I love finding a local business to refer and share with friends. I will use for any and all future needs. Outstanding service! We called Mike on a Saturday and he made an appointment for us on Sunday. He called before he came, was on time, and took care of everything quickly without trying to add services or fees. First review for Grizzly Lock and key! I was researching companies to get my house rekeyed as we just moved in. I researched 3 different companies and Grizzly Lock and Key was $ 100 less than the competition. With the cost being so low, I wanted to make sure it was a reputable company and that there were no hidden fees. I called and Mike answered the phone. When I asked him the reason why he was so much cheaper than the competition and also if there were any hidden fees, he explained that he recently started his company and was offering the low prices in order to compete. In my mind, this is the answer I was hoping for.
Mike called me 20 minutes before our 10am appt to confirm, which I appreciated. He arrived on time, was professional, and polite. When he saw I was interested in watching just how he did the rekey he explained the process and was more than willing to answer all of my questions.
He took the time to test the key and all copies in all 5 locks that he rekeyed to ensure they worked properly. He rekeyed 4 doors (5 locks total), made me 4 keys, and charged my credit card all in under 35 minutes.
A great experience all around. Hopefully I won’t need his services again soon, but if I do or know someone who does, I can highly recommend him!
