I found Karen after relocating to San Diego (as a walk-​in) and felt instantly committed to having her as my hair dresser. I am a «dirty-​blonde» who is recovering from a Platinum Blonde «surprise» 2 years ago. Over the past 2 years I have struggled with frayed ends, frizz, tangled ends, and bleached color. No one has been able to put my natural color into my hair. until now! Karen gave me an amazing cut and used the «oleplex» hair serum that INSTANTLY calmed my bleached hair and made it easy to brush my hair. She even came in on the weekend (in the evening) and stayed late to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
I enjoyed the conversation (and complimentary glass of wine!!), and I LOVE my new hair cut. I highly recommend Karen!

Karen really takes the time to evaluate what the best option for your hair is. My hair was completely fried, dead, weighed down. Karen did amazing work! She has brought my hair back to life, its super bouncy and flowy. I can run my fingers through my hair, which I have not been able to do for about 2 months now. The highlights are exactly how I want them. Great work, great heart, you can tell Karen enjoys doing this!
