We’ve bought from Hauser’s for over 15 years. No other furniture has held up like theirs. The powdercoated frames, the cushions, the comfort have been like no other. It’s on the high end when it comes to prices though, so we only buy select pieces, but we’ve never had to replace a single item. I can’t say that for the bargin pieces we’ve bought and replaced over the years.
I’m giving them 5 stars — one for customer service, one for their showroom display, one for having items quickly available, one for their «no pressure» sales, and one for their location. I’m so glad they have been a San Diego staple outdoor furniture store through the years.

Save yourself time and regret — The Hauser Patio staff works with you to customize your order. The customer service is 5stars. Jerry the manager is an expert. The level of honesty and no «hard sell» environment at Hauser surpasses any other furniture stores I’ve dealt with. I loved doing business with this store that has 50yrs+ experience and reputation. Jeremy saved me a extra trip and time by emailing all the photos and info for ordering additional cushions. The delivery staff was on time and set up everything perfectly. Courtesy, honesty, and very knowledgeable — Hauser Patio has it all. You get what you pay for — go for the best.

Nice selection and good location, but very overpriced. Lots of salespeople, that is probably why. I felt pressured into buying something for $ 4000 and I ended up finding a comparable quality set at a less fancy place for $ 1650 and we love it. Hausers has a long reputation but in this economy, they are way too overpriced. Who has extra $ to throw around like that? Not me

I ent there to get a new bottom for a patio lounge chair. The old one was ripped. I politely asked the sales person for help and he was extremely rude. The furniture there is nice, and high quality, but very over priced. essentially the same chair I bought for 70 $ was 700! Yes you read that right. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

I should disclose up front that we haven’t bought from them (or anyone else) yet, but I feel compelled to add a review because shopping there was just so freaking pleasant. The salesperson who helped us was extremely friendly and answered our questions knowledgeably and in detail, and when we didn’t need him he went away. After dealing with store after store full of pushy, useless, idiotic salespeople (I suspect most furniture stores are staffed by the rejects from used car lots), this place is simply a breath of fresh air. Honestly, every other store we visited was a complete waste of time by comparison.
I’m not sure if we’ll buy from them — their stuff is on the pricey side (probably worth it though)… but I do have a very strong preference for dealing with people like this.

I needed assistance on a warranty issue for my Tropitone patio furniture. I did not purchase the patio furniture at Hauser’s Patio furniture; I purchased it at Saddleback of San Diego. After 6 months of getting promises from Saddleback that they were addressing my issue, it became obvious that I was being put-​off by them. I contacted Hauser’s Patio in hopes that they would be able to assist me. They did so immediately, willingly, and professionally, even though I had not purchased my furniture from them. I would highly recommend Hauser’s Patio to anyone looking for outdoor furniture. Anyone can sell merchandise, but it is a high quality company that will provide long-​term customer service. Thank you Hauser’s Patio!
