The great job from The HomeSniffer Team was essential in the acquisition of our property. Gabriela anticipated the opportunity to purchase a property when the idea even crossed our minds. Also, Gabriela and James referred us a loan officer who was able to maintain excellence in service offered by The HomeSniffer Team. It took some months searching the condo with the characteristics that we were looking for and also that was within our budget. How could not be different, Gabriela and James found the perfect property for our needs. Always there were by our side throughout the negotiations, they clarified all our questions and uncertainty. No doubts, The HomeSniffer Team proven experience, credibility, dedication, professionalism and love for what they do. The idea that emerged from a casual conversation over dinner months ago, resulted in a great deal that was celebrated, of course, with another dinner!

This is about Two years late but, Thank You! James and the Home Sniffer team worked with My husband and I for about 3 months helping us find a home we could afford. Let me say that was no easy feat for them because they had to deal with my husband. LOl. wink wink. I can’t remeber how many homes we visited but in the end what we found was beyond what I imagined. A large beautiful home with a huge back yard four bedrooms two baths, enormous Kitchen, and a spacious living room. Price amazing! I also have to thank them for getting us financed because without homesniffers financial team (Thanks!) and their knowledge and willingness to help we wouldn’t be going on our second year in our lovely home with our two children. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I should have written this review a long time ago… but better late than never!
Well, Gabi is the most patient, sweet and helpful person I could wish to have around when looking for our home… It took us almost a year to find our place and she always was smiling every weekend when we went to see thousands of houses, apartments, condos. you name it!
I’m eternally grateful for all the help she and James gave to us.

I had to move out of my townhouse this past spring. I really hated to do so. So Mr. B and I decided instead of trying to see if we could return to our same town home or find anther location to rent, why not look into buying a home instead. I often travel, and renting is difficult for someone who doesn’t have time to deal with a property manager and finding a convenient time for the property manager to come into the home for inspections and repairs.
*Never let anyone into your home when you are not present. bad things can happen.*
Anyways, Mr. B found the site called
and we finally agreed to signing on with our real estate agent, James. Since both Mr. B and I travel for various events, James was really great about meeting schedules, home viewings, and document signings. There were many occasions where Mr. B and I were unavailable to meet James in person to take care of legalities. James was able to use a program that allowed us to digitally sign our documents when both Mr. B and I were not able to access fax machines or go to James’ office to sign documents.
After weeks and weeks of signing bids, about 2 or 3 bids were finally accepted. Through phone calls and emails, of those bids that were accepted, one home stood out. Today I am happy to say that with the help of James and our loan officer (Randy), my doggie now has a yard to run in, Mr. B has a garage and patio to do «manly» work in, and I have a place to call home.
