HOD is outstanding! My kids do Tae Kwon Do, My wife does the cross fit class and I am doing Muay Thai. Great way to teach the kids the importance of honesty, trust, respect and discipline. VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED. I love this place, and I’m very happy I found the House of Discipline.

HOD is perfect for the entire family — parents, teens, tweens, toddlers! Zumba, Taekwondo, kickboxing, Crossfit, summer camp, afterschool program. Very diverse also — black, asian, mexican, white — everyone is welcome.

It’s a family oriented place. We love the owners and they are like family to us. My daughter does the after school program also. My daughter loves taking taekwondo and it made her the person she is now! We have been to couple of tournaments and we are hooked! I recommend this to everyone. They have zumba, taekwondo and muy thai also.
