Chris was the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! Completely changed up my workout routine. I felt the difference immediately and have noticed changes in how I feel and look in just a few weeks!

I’ve worked with Chris for the last 6 months and he’s by far the best trainer I’ve had. I typically like low impact workouts and steer away from heavy weights but Chris has comfortably introduced me to squats, deadlifts and the bench press. He’s certified in Olympic weight lifting and seems to have a lot of experience, so I decided to try something new. If you prefer more cardio and circuit training and less weight training just let him know. His warms ups are short but effective and his circuits are full of variety, full body and most importantly challenging. I’ve had trainers in the past that either didn’t push me enough or were too bossy but I sincerely feel like Chris is good balance between the two. He’s really motivating and encouraging but not obnoxious and annoying about it. My biggest pet peeve is when an instructor makes you feel like you’re giving up or yells at you to keep going… all and all I’ve been really happy and have had a lot of fun! Ask about his bootcamps because those are fun too!
