Jack In the Box

Stopped in today to kill time for a wedding. Staff was amazing! I never review fast food joints, but the manager & cashier really left me with a smile right now. Good people, I’d definitely stop by here if I’m in Daygo again.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to, I don’t ever write reviews, but I had to this time because of the horrible experience I had. I had 3 orders, and I asked 3 times for it to be separate orders, the guy working the drive through agreed. We also asked one order to change the croissant buns to regular buns, and they messed everything up. No napkins, no condiments, and then they tell us that they didn’t split the order because we never asked, we asked to split it and he said that it couldn’t be done anymore. Everything was spoken clearly and yelled at one point. Worst service ever, I wish I would’ve asked for names, but I just wanted to get out of there after all of that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you don’t mind your order getting messed up.

I received excellent service today, from a guy named DANIEL (I was there at approximately 4:05 p.m. on this day) it was very hot outside and all I wanted was a big cup of ice which I was willing to pay for… I told Daniel what I wanted and with no hesitation he just gave me a cup and told me to fill it up myself free of charge… That may not be a big deal to a lot of people but to me it was a great gesture. It’s not too often you walk into a place and find someone with excellent customer service skills… BIG UPS TO DANIEL!

Damn being quick if you get the orders wrong. Never fails, evertime I come here, my order is wrong. It’s location is convenient so it’s hard to pass up Jack.

Went through drive through around 2am to get 2 tacos and a sriracha burger and asked for tons of hot sauce and the homie hooked it up and she was beautiful!

The grilled chicken salad had cucumbers rotten. Literally rotten. I had to throw the salad.

I like this jack in the box but then i don’t. I only really come to this jack in the box bcuz its right up the street from me. I like jack in the box food but the location. Ummm ghetto. Homeless ppl asking for change in the drive thru!!! Really??? The staff is very nice but VERY forgetful °_​_​_​° i asked for no ice in my drink an got ice… i didn’t wanna say anything bcuz i was in a hurry. I also asked for secret sauce an got ketchup… they said its in the bag, like i said… I was in a hurry. Didn’t think to look in the bag since i had eye to eye contact wit the cashier… but since this is the closest jack in the box to me… I’ll be back… just hoping them to get it right one day.

Great location because its by the freeway, after a long night of partying its conveniently located by my house. Indoor service is not bad, machine to order your own food is cool bc not all locations offer the machine ordering thing majig. Overall, metorcarally good.
99cent tacos, can’t beat that taco shop down the street!

It has been a few months and many visits since I have received a batch of hot, fresh food. I am happy to say that finally I got what I hoped for. I visited Jack around 2:00 on a Thursday and approached the long line. I was happy to wait since usually the line moves really quickly. I had a coupon for a free combo which was sent to me as a result of sending numerous complaints about this location. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and mentioned my coupon. I wondered if I should have waited til I got to the window before mentioning it. I was eager to see if I would have still gotten good food if not for this coupon which I normally sent to people who have complained. I was more concerned with hot food so I’m glad I mentioned it when I placed my order. The service was good, the bag was hot and when I arrived home I pulled out a perfectly assembled sandwich and fresh, hot fries. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jack!

Sometimes they can’t get it together at night in the day time they let homeless that don’t buy anything hang around drive thru is your best bet here
