Location is in VONS… only has about 1 employee working there and they take orders, cashier then make the drink. Very slow if you ask me. Ive walked out probably 3 times because they fail to recognize you or even say Hi if they see you are waiting right in front to make an order. I know their working but at least acknowledge the person standing there for several minutes letting them know you’ll be right with them, then ignore them for longer and continue doing what your doing. In addition to the slow, poor customer service, they are always out of ingredients. I went in 9am on a Sunday and they didn’t have wheat grass… surprised they sold out before noon… hmm.. I’d rather drive and go to an actual jamba, I really think they are disadvantaged being located within a grocery store.

Love the convenience of this store. Stephen is very charismatic! Only bad thing is how slow it can be at times since there’s usually only one or two workers in the booth.

EVERYTIME I’ve been to this location which is located in Vons they’re out of something needed to make my drink.
I find it more then annoying that there juicing machine is always breaking too.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Usually I’ve found Jamba Juice to have honest workers but today when I ordered a small chunky strawberry bowl, I saw «Mark» charge me for a large. I spotted it before he finished ringing us up and I told him again I only wanted the small. He said, «Yeah, small.» I thought maybe it was tax? I checked my receipt and confirmed it wasn’t tax. He ignored me when I tried to get his attention. When he passed me my bowl I confronted him again and he said, «Yeah, I realized that so that’s why I gave you extra.» First of all, I didn’t want extra. Second– extra? He gave me a small bowl and didn’t even fill that one up! I have to wonder if they are paid partially on commission or they have minimum quotas to fulfill. Either way, I don’t appreciate being charged for a large, getting less than a small, and being lied to… Oh, and I waited about 15 minutes with only one person, who ordered one drink, in line before me. I’ll be skipping Jamba Juice at Vons from now on!

I love Jamba Juice! However, this location is a bit um… Strange?
I guess it’s fine as long as you stick to the menu. If you stray at all you get confused looks or worse yet, crappy drinks.
But, if you use your Von’s card you get a free one every once in a while.
Rasberry Dream Machine is my favorite! Give it a try. Hopefully, they know how to make it!

Normally I am very positive about this place, but talk about awkward. I ordered three drinks at a time when there was no one behind me. Then two people came in behind me. While I’m standing there, the girl making the drinks proceeds to complain to the people in line that she will be with them in a minute and how she hates it when one person orders multiple drinks and how not only did I order three drinks, but two of them were the hardest ones to make. She’s doing this while I’m standing there, that was quite a pleasant situation. This experience alone would be –5 stars, but I normally have a good experience here, and I realize everyone can have a bad day.

My fave Jamba Juice!!! Their drinks are well-​blended, they’re across the street from my work, and they have this little stamp card kinda deal with Vons club members. :) Buy7 drinks, get 1 free!
–1 star bc sometimes the worker assigned to open doesn’t show up (or is hiding, lol).which means if you depend on Jamba Juice for breakfast like I do, you might end up skipping breakfast.

Located inside the Vons… Open 7am-​7pm everyday.
I always come here when i feel like a healthy drink or when i feel a cold coming on.
The perfect drink is the coldbuster for your Vitamin C boost.
Try a random drink and it should taste good.
Prices are creeping close to $ 5 for an original size.
If they had lower prices or more promotions, I would give them an easy 5 stars.
