Terrible communication. They submitted their offer to my project online with a pricing quote, a general greeting and a number. I tried to call their number for 5 days/​10 times after I decide to hire the team through that website. In fact, I did hire them because we agreed on their offer and that is how the contract works. No one did answer me my single call with that number. Besides, I receive some e-​mails back with some questions how to get to the location. I spent a long time to answer their e-​mails. Well. I did try to call them instead. No one answered.
I have to wait until the last week with the final message: «Due to extra travelling time, we have to charge $ 200 more.» In fact, I already state all the information including location and time to them at the beginning. Why not just tell me: «No, we do not want to travel that long.»
We did not meet this team at last. Neither we had agreed on anything because they would never show. The team did waste our time by assuming they have time and agree on travelling that long in the contact. The contract is based on while you sign up to follow the rules on the website. They did not even communicate with us. All they want was just $ 200 more.
Very unprofessional team. You should avoid hiring this team if you need something more professional (I meant how they treat your art piece). They tried to lift the price after we had a deal and after they submitted their offer. They would ruin your entire schedule.

Carrie and team provided wedding videography services for our wedding this November. We agreed to get a 3 – 5 min highlights film + ceremony coverage. The film ended up being over 6 min, and with the music of our choice. BEAUTIFUL!!! They were very professional and at those prices, you can’t beat what they do. It was nice to support a nice young couple, and they really did more than I expected. Thanks for providing us with such an amazing film to remember our wedding, we couldn’t be happier!!!
