I’ve been renting from Kensington Properties for several years now, and have to say, I am really pleased with how Lee runs his business. He is quick to return my phone calls and handle problems at the property and my apartment when needed. His office is located in a cute area in Kensington and they have tons of parking out front. My apartment came updated with new flooring, modern paint throughout the unit and appliances were also new. I’m not sure if they all come like that, but the properties I’ve seen are all really nice. Kensington properties has done a great job, in my opinion, and I’m happy to be renting from them.

I was a tenant at one of the properties in Kensington. I WAS IN LOVE WITH MY APARTMENT!!! The unit was amazing, the price was reasonable, and my neighbors and landlord were pretty awesome!
I never had any real problem with the apartment, any maintenance was done promptly (I understand it’s a small business, but things would get resolved fairly quick).
It’s a family run business, and Lee actually made an exception for me to be able to move in with my dog, I did get charged pet rent, but it was worth it because the community was so charming.
I’m hopping to move back to that same area soon and am definitely going to go see Lee.
