Lindsay Trottier

Lindsay is an amazing practitioner. I went to her for massage and had trouble explaining exactly what she did to my friend because it was so unlike any other massage I’d ever had. Usually, a massage feels good because if nothing else, it seems to move things around, release some tension. After my massage with Lindsay I legitimately felt like she had not just «moved things around» but really tracked down the origins of the pain and didn’t just dig into the muscles but actually helped them. I felt like if you took a before and after picture of me, you literally would have seen the realignment. It was amazing. I also went to see Lindsay for acupuncture for a recurring headache. She was awesome. Really listened to what I was saying and by the time I left my head felt a million times better. Thank you!!!

Lindsey is the best! I have had plenty of massages and none of them compare to her sessions. I visit once-​twice a month and Refuse to see anyone else. I leave feeling pain free. I have also tried acupuncture once before her and my first experience was horrible but Lindsey is so knowledgeable and professional that I felt comfortable giving acupuncture another try. And it was great and instantly relieve a muscle cramp I had! You have to meet Lindsey!

Im 34 years old, and have way too much faith in my ability to do the activities that i did when i was 14 and not sustain injuries that i used to bounce back from. That being said, I had been skating in pools and whacked my knee pretty badly. Although its not in my nature to show any signs of weakness by seeking help, i twisted my other knee in a supernatural fashion a few days later and decided it was time to a) seek help from a medical professional, and b) reassess how important skateboarding was to me now that i am an adult professional. So i called up Lindsay, and quit skateboarding.
I had never done acupuncture before, and Lindsay made me feel very comfortable. She was very attentive to me immediate needs (my knees) but checked my other war torn joints and recognized issues that had could have been exacerbating issues that i had already been having with my knees. She was attentive, pleasant, and extremely skilled, and although I intend to make this a more regular practice in my own road to self care, I felt the immediate effects of the herbal treatments and acupuncture

This was my very first acupuncture experience, and I was pretty nervous going in, but Lindsay made me feel at ease from the get go.
Lindsay went beyond just asking me about the problems that led me to the appointment originally, and really made sure she got the full picture of my health before moving forward with the treatment. During treatment, she put me at ease by explaining what she was doing and letting me know what to expect. I had a very good experience. And to top it off, I had immediate relief from some allergy symptoms that I had chronically for months.
I would absolutely recommend Lindsay to anyone who is considering acupuncture and/​or herbal treatment.

As a yoga instructor, triathlete, runner, surfer and server, I push my body to the limit all the time. I do not know what I would do with out her guidance and treatments. Lindsay is great at relating to me as an athlete because she is one herself. I feel that she treats me as an individual and not just a patient with ABC problem to fix. She has educated on women’s health, herbal treatments and the benefit of keeping a long standing wellness routine. After all, your body is what you will be in your whole life, It is a constant thing to maintain. I am very thankful I found a great acupuncturist to help me continue to push my limits and maintain my health. Lastly, Lindsay is an extremely warm and inviting wellness professional, the kind of person that lights up a room and makes you feel welcome and comfortable in any situation or asking any question. A bonus is her office is in a great location which makes it easy to get your appointments!
