Making Faces By Janice

Janice was a recommendations by my Day of Coordinator= Monica Haleh with Create Events. I contacted Janice the week before our engagement shoot, as the previous makeup artist that I had booked canceled last minute. It turned out to be the best thing to happen! Janice was thankfully available and was so responsive! I was so happy with how she did my makeup for our engagement pictures, I literally booked her for our wedding the week after our engagement shoot. To me, hair and makeup are such an essential part of a bride’s big day and Janice exceeded every expectation I had. My bridal party LOVED how they looked, we seriously felt like a million bucks! And as corny as it may sound I felt like a princess on my wedding day and it is all thanks to Janice for highlighting my features, while still making me look natural and myself! (I didn’t want to scare my groom away!) Janice is so talented, so easy to work with and was so nice to have apart of my big day! One other thing to note is how well my makeup stayed ALL day and night, even when it was 105 degrees outside! I only reapplied lip gloss throughout the night. Janice is amazing!!!

When I started planning my wedding, I knew exactly who I wanted to do my makeup. Luckily Janice was available for my wedding date! Now, I am the type of person who is very particular when it comes to my make up, so I wasn’t just going to let anyone do my wedding makeup. Janice always does beautiful work; she is truly talented in what she does. It was relieving to know that my makeup would be perfect for pictures on my wedding day. She not only did my makeup, but my mom’s and bridesmaids, as well. Thank you, Janice, for making me beautiful for my wedding day (and for all of my wedding pictures that are now on my walls at home!).

There aren’t words to describe how beautiful Janice made me look on my wedding day. I found Janice on IG because I was in need of a makeup artist one month before my wedding due to my makeup artist canceling at the last min. I was so stressed out but what a blessing in disguise that ended up being. I live in the greater Los Angeles area and drove to San Diego for my trial, I absolutely love it!!!
The day of the wedding Janice showed up on time and ready to doll is up! I had 9 bridesmaids, my mother, my aunt and my mother in law. She started at 630am! YES! 630am. We were all ready by 230pm looking stunning! Our makeup lasted all night and our pictures looked beautiful. I had a few bridesmaids who were also engaged at the time so this served as a bridal trial for the girls, they as well fell in love with her work.
Since my wedding August 2014 Janice has done my friends Jennifer, Kimberly, Vanessa, and soon my friend Korin’s wedding. Janice is our girl! I highly recommend her for any special event you have coming up. She has a beautiful personality, she’s professional and I can’t wait to get my makeup done again March 2016 for The Coombs Wedding!

For real — this woman is a makeup master!
She had no problem answering any of my makeup questions and not only applied my eyelashes but explained how to apply them myself.
I would for sure refer Janice to anybody needing makeup for any occasion.

Janice is an amazing Makeup Artist! As a wedding planner, I refer to to all my brides… and every single one is ecstatic about her work. Janice is an expert when it comes to makeup! I was in love with my face. We booked her for my best friends wedding of 8 bridesmaids and everyone ranging in all skin tones looked flawless! She is professional, shows up on time and can nail the look you’re going for. She can even perform makeup tutorials which really helped me out on my daily looks. Janice you’re amazing!

I cannot say more amazing things about Janice! I loved everything about her, her style, her professionalism her ability to deal with the many characters in my family (LOL).

Janice is awesome! When I posted on Facebook looking for a make-​up artist for my wedding, Janice was one of the first recommendations. She responded quickly and professionally to my request for pricing information and her prices/​portfolio spoke for themselves. I booked her right away!
Come the day of my wedding, she managed to do the make-​up for myself and 9 other ladies in the wedding party and everyone truly looked gorgeous and we stuck to our timeline (which with 10 girls, is kind of a miracle!)

I’ve had Janice do my makeup for a few events now and it’s always perfect! She’s amazing at being able to tell what I’m asking for and making it look even better than I imagined.
