Matt is a true Life Coach who lives by inspirational example and a skilled coach in helping us to actualize our greatest self in our life. He has a rare combination of a big compassionate understanding heart that makes you feel super safe and super sharp mind that is also open to so many possibilities which allows insightful and hope-​inspiring possibilities. Part of this is the powerful questions he asks and part his own lived experience and wisdom well beyond his years. It is a gift to work with Matt Ritchey for sure.
