I don’t like bad reviews but we stopped here to get lunch and again McDonalds lets us down again not only were the nuggets old but they didn’t give us any BBQ sauce. great jobs guys I should of went to Amy burgers

They could not get my order right my food was cold and I hate it when people charge you for ice! The employees were too busy bantering back-​and-​forth but I did have two people at the window talking back-​and-​forth to each other in front of me which for some reason is annoying. I get it it’s McDonald’s don’t expect much but The ice thing irked me

Absolutely the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to, they have TVs with news and sports, Fox News and that, they also bring your food to your table too, very friendly very fast very clean, I recommend this McDonald’s to anybody

We rarely eat fast food but we went to this McDonald’s on the way home last night. This place always has good pricing (drinks) and they are fast and get the order right. I have never been inside, only through drive-​through so I can’t say what if anything about the interior.

Rude service in the morning, but they always get the order right. Typical McDonald’s food, you know what to expect. Friend of mine doesn’t eat meat and they’re always good about omitting meat from their burgers. When I’ve been there for lunch they’re much friendlier. I’d honestly say 5 stars for lunch/​evening, 2 stars for breakfast.

Clean and quick service. They have a nice reading area where people take and leave books. Handicap easily can access. Staff is friendly. It get a little crowded at lunch due to the local employees but overall nice.

Horrible service at times !! And if they could get my order correct that would be great. All I got was a sweet tea and they give me a rasberry tea

My daughter ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and all they gave her was fries in her box. They were not busy or anything, and we didn’t find out till we got home. Super bummer, I called and told them I was upset and they didn’t even offer to fix it.

Went here for lunch with my daughter today since I have the rest of the afternoon off. It is your typical fast food. My daughter loves the 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal. I got an apple juice and apple slices for my daughter. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with French fries and a drink. The lady almost forgot to give me a drink cup and went back to mention it to her. This place got busy during the lunch hour. It was filled with business people.
My order was called right after I got my Coke Zero. I needed the caffeine rush. My daughter and I found a table near the exit. My quarter pounder was okay. I enjoy eating the French fries. They were a little salty than normal. I washed down my food with the Coke Zero. I hardly drink soda, but this time I spoiled myself.
There was plenty of parking but drive through was busy. There was a guy cleaning up in the restaurant. Fairly clean. I don’t think I will frequent this location. I just happened to be in the neighborhood.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, waited in line for 10 mins for someone to take my order while the manager of all people sat on the phone laughing and talking to someone, he saw me the whole time, they finally signaled one of the employees to go help the customers, I only had 5 minutes till my bus came, and several people just walked out or demanded a refund, so I did the same thing, guess I’ll be spending my money other places, that manager should be fired.

Today I give this mcdonalds 1 star. Walked in to get my wife and I breakfast. My wife went to the bathroom to find a man sitting on the toilet smoking a cigarette. Come on !!! Can we get a little more class. Disappointed

Today I give them 5 stars. I arrived at 1115 for lunch, not a lot of people so my needs were net very rapidly and professionaly.
With that being said I would give them 5 stars 2 out of the 10 times I’ve been here…

THE WORST EVER! Rude inappropriate and non existent customer service. Orders come out wrong ⁹⁄₁₀ times. No hygiene precautions, no gloves, health grade not displayed, store is unkept & filthy, Manager does not address customer service issues. Staff very unprofessional and disrespectful! They Spoke very abusive language in English and Spanish, within hearing distance of us and other customers; they gave us disgusting glares. They approached me and spoke sarcastically, and berated us, I Spoke with Julio Acuna mngr. and was not taken cared of. Unilocal reviews are accurate of this chain. When I asked them to fix the order The employee wiped her sweat off her face and then took it to the side out of view instead of preparing a new sandwich without washing hands.
If I could give them a NO STAR I would.

Oh man, reading through McDonald’s Unilocal reviews is the best! My old man had to do something in the area for a couple of hours, so I chilled at this McDonald’s and played Plants v. Zombies (2, of course) while I waited.
Ordered myself a dollar iced tea, and settled in for a nice video game sesh. One annoying thing was the iced tea is behind the counter, so you can’t serve yourself. So, I had to wait for them to fulfill the food orders ahead of mine before they would give me my iced tea, because they were just going in order of what was on the screen. Now, why in the world wouldn’t you just turn around, fill up the iced tea, and hand it back to the customer right when they order it, instead of making them wait 5 minutes for a gosh darned drink? So, yes, the employees are not great.
No one kicked me out for sitting around for two hours, although I did notice the manager eyeing me when I looked up a couple of times. I was counting on the fact that I was at the farthest table, and he wouldn’t want to walk allllll the way over there to get into it with me.
The inside is really nice. They have actual books to read, if that’s your thing. TV BLARING Fox News was also highly entertaining.

Just a quick review since I’m going through drive thru.
Service great but definitely not worth going drive thru since I have to park in front to wait for 10 piece nuggets.

Worst McDonald’s next to the one in la Mesa. Fries are cold line is long and workers are slow.
Stopped today before work & had to microwave the fries when I work just up the st. They charge $ 7 for the basic combo & more for the higher up ones. You would think the food would be fresh.
I said I would never go here again after I waited 20 min in like previously for a meal. Next time I will go to Wendy’s or Carl’s or JIB that’s about the same drive.

It’s consistent, they should let you have your soda cup when done paying

I am a big fan of the $ 1 drinks. I run through more than I should, but its such a good deal!!!

This was a fairly clean and modern McDonald’s. It was conveniently located just across the street from the courthouse. Very easy in and out for this location. Ordering inside was just as fast as ordering through their drive-​thru.

Da-​da da DA daaaa… I’m lovin’ it!
Whatevs, I’m a working stiff that doesn’t have the luxury to enjoy freshly squozen juice from a ripe blood orange or table prepared eggs foie gras with scratch made hollaback sauce. Can I get a packet of fancy ketchup, though?
When I’m on the road in between appointments, it’s great to zoom the drive-​thru in less than five minutes from ordering with the cheerful voice behind the menu speaker, to pulling the car forward and paying at window #1, getting the correct change, then picking up the goods from window #2. I only had time for one stupid pic [
and it’s not even clever or original.
I’m still bummed that they only serve breakfast during the morning hours. They should take notes from Jack in the Box for menu variety, too.
