Tom McTygue is the best mortgage broker — he’s as good as it gets! He has helped me through 2 very difficult real estate purchases, which I probably would not have made it through without him. He really goes above and beyond, even to the point of calling up contractors for emergency opinions/​estimates, appealing appraisals, and working with you to fix mistakes on your credit report.
