Not a professional service as far as following up with potential interested customers. I sent a request for a quote three days ago. I received an automated email response which stated «Thanks for your request. We will be in touch shortly!» Not sure what their definition of «shortly» is, but it’s been three days and I’m still waiting. Tried calling them directly, no one picks up the phone and it only continues to ring without ever reaching a voice mail.
I guess they’re not interested in my business. Too bad for them.

Consistently great work. Clean my 2bd/​2ba quickly and completely each time. Great with the pets. I don’t have a lot of time to clean during the week so they’re an excellent service to have. They’re trustworthy, always on time, and with a schedule that works for me.

I hired Mighty Tidy to clean my apt in preparation for a move. Travis came the same day I called to do an estimate, and we scheduled the cleaning the day after the movers finished. They did a phenomenal job, deep cleaning all areas and leaving no detail undone. The blinds, window tracks, and baseboards were all especially dirty; following the cleaning, they’re spotless. I heartily recommend Mighty Tidy for anyone looking for either a one-​time cleaning like me, or a more regular service. Customer service was excellent, and the job was impeccable.
