If there were more stars, he’d deserve them all! We are buying our «retirement’ piece of paradise in San Diego… amazing that this is our first and only ever loan! As cash buyers we have always avoided the stack of signings and endless docs that are required. Mike is the real deal. We have bought many homes over the years in Arizona and California and, in our experience, Mike is the best mortgage guy in the business. He knows his products, he knows how to get the deal done and he delivers what he promises. Our last transaction was a high rise condo in downtown San Diego. I dealt with several mortgage companies (as downtown condos are tough to get financed). Mike made a proposal that was perfect for our needs. Every other mortgage company said he could never deliver on the promised loan – it was that much better. Guess what? He did– on time– on budget and as promised.
