We work next door and it’s our go to place for a take out lunch or to feed a group in our office for a meeting. Roger, Nancy, Matthew and Stephen are wonderful and I love that it’s a family business. Whether I am picking up a #1 on wheat for me, or whether we are ordering for 10 – 15 people, it’s always fresh and good. And for our group orders, Matthew or Stephen deliver with a smile! We love Mission Bell Deli!

This is a very small deli in a business office location. It serves the needs for all those in the surrounding businesses. If someone doesn’t feel good, go into the deli and there is an assortment of items to make you feel better-from ginger ale, to antacids to soup. The offices upstairs have some with kitchen areas and at the deli, there is an assortment of groceries for those upstairs to make things for themselves in their offices.

High priced for not the best quality. Had to pay $.75 for extra salad dressing for a medium salad. The dressing they provide is enough for a small salad Won’t be going back.

I started working in the area in October and by chance my husband works right down the street from the deli. We meet there sometimes for lunch and contrary to a couple of reviews, there is seating available outside(but it’s covered from the elements). My husband said it’s the best sandwich anywhere. He likes the Veggie and Roast Beef. I get a turkey, pretty much plain and it’s still delicious! I haven’t talked too much with the owners, but their sons are very friendly and always remember my name and my order. It is a small shop but has everything you need, including aspirin for the occasional workday headache. If you work in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I tried another deli on Camino del Rio North and it couldn’t hold a candle to this place.

In you have the need for speed, this is a place that will best fit your needs. The service here is extremely quick. You are in and out in about fifteen minute’s tops. This includes ordering your sandwich, making your sandwich, and paying for your sandwich. I would encourage anyone who chooses to go out from work for lunch to visit here. I heard about this place through a co-worker and decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. The sandwiches are mediocre, but if you’re looking to make a quick stop, that outweighs the mediocrity. Quick and easy!

We recently got an ad at our office and my co worker and I were excited to try this place out, especially since they deliver(we cant leave the office lol). I got the B.L.A.S.T. sandwich, it was super delicious! I truly enjoyed every bite of it :) my co worker got the pepperoni pizza she loved that it was homemade and it was a good size, and we also ordered a carrot cake and OMG amazing!!! Happy customers :) really looking forward to order more from this deli.

Super awesome. Got the turkey sandwich and it was delicious. They know how to make sandwiches. They were also really friendly and made my day much better. I want to try the French dip and the Ruben sandwich next time. They also had all sorts of snacks that can go with your sandwich. The service was fast. They’re hard to find but the signs help. Great job guys. I’ll be back.

Tiny deli/snack shop located in an office building. I had the turkey supreme. The bread for my sandwich was perfectly toasted, the turkey was flavorful, bacon crunchy, avocado-perfect amount, veggies fresh… the only drawback I felt was the lack of honey mustard(I love honey mustard). The location was kind of out there unless you work in the area. The guy that took my order was friendly. The actual shop is kinda tiny and cluttery(if that’s even a word) but all in all I’d return!

My boyfriend and I ventured out for some spontaneous breakfast this morning. After doing mild research on Unilocal!we decided to check out this Deli. The drive was short and sweet from my apartment(in Mission Valley). I didn’t see the Deli at first. I had to make a(somewhat illegal) U-turn to see the Deli sign and location. They have specific parking spots for strictly Deli customers, which I appreciated. We walked into the tiny Deli and were greeted immediately. Everyone was friendly. I ordered an «Eggel» which was a bagel sandwich consisting of bacon, egg, cheese, and tomato. I was super pleased! Absolutely delicious. I wish the bacon was a bit more crispy, but that is just a small detail. My boyfriend ordered the«Sunrise Sandwich» which is an English muffin consisting of sausage, egg, and cheese. The nice part about his sandwich was they actually cook the little balls of sausage into the egg, adding that much more flavor. The only downside: There is really no where to sit. Sure, you could make use of a curb or something of the like. I would have just loved there to be a little outside table though. We will definitely be going back.

Wide selection, decent prices, fast and friendly service. Proprietors Roger and Nancy are charming, warm people who always have a smile, a joke, or something kind to say. The location is very convenient for people who work east of Texas St. along Camino Del Rio South. There are a few other decent delis on that stretch of road, and I’ve had the most consistently positive experiences at Mission Bell. I haven’t tried the breakfast selections yet, but they look appealing. Mission Bell closes promptly at 2:00PM. Off-street parking is ample. There are a few outdoor tables available.

While out to lunch I stopped here with a co-worker. A small shop but a descent size menu. The staff is really nice. This was a good place to go to be in and out fast. You even get the old school lunch bag to go lol. I ordered: #1 With ham instead of turkey, avocado, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, sourdough bread and chips.

This is my favorite deli ever! Its owned by the sweetest couple who really take pride in their business. The sandwiches taste like your Mom made it for you. Fresh ingredients and made with love. I always get the Turkey Supreme. Turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, swiss and mayo on sourdough(except I don’t get the tomato and I sub white bread). My whole office gets the same thing its that good. Nothing fancy just deliciousness. Plus they deliver :) **Its difficult to find them and there is no seating. Its in the building in the back of the parking lot surrounded by offices. You wouldn’t know it was there unless someone told you. But you have to go in at least once to meet Nancy and Roger.

A small deli/snack shop located in office building central… I can see why it’s popular being the only food place within walking distance for many. While getting my ACLS/BLS re-certification at a nearby business, I came here for lunch along with my entire class. The deli is located in a office building and is tiny on the inside… crammed with snacks, drinks, and a menu of salads, soups, burgers, and sandwiches. A family run business… friendly although I witnessed some familial bickering among the staff while waiting to pay… a bit awkward. I was pleasantly surprised they remembered my name(and pronounced it correctly) once my Veggie sandwich was ready… Yay! A complete meal will cost under $ 10. My sandwich was very simple, too simple actually, but tasty nonetheless. FYI– Credit Cards are accepted. However no tables to sit at.

Nancy and Roger are not only two of the nicest people you will ever meet, they also run a great deli with great food! Having worked in the building for nearly ten years now I have never once had a bad meal from the deli. In fact, I can not live without a #9 with no tomatoes for lunch or the french breakfast with ham and bacon in the morning! If you work in the area or driving by and looking for a great lunch and even better hosts this is the place for you. Thanks Nancy and Roger for all your
