I could not say there is someone more qualified for this job. He does the job and he does it well. He is quick to start them and makes sure it is thoroughly completed before he ends the job. Great customer service! I have had him help me on two computers in my house and both are running much better than before! He always does his best to ensure that any customer he has is truly satisfied with his service. As far as i am concerned he is a GREAT IT worker and knows 100% what he is doing. He can have your system back up and running in no time. He is also quick to reply. This isn’t one of those companies that takes a week to reply, he will get back to you very quickly! All i can say is that he made sure everything was done right the first time so he didn’t have to do it again two, three, or four times! Great service I truly recommend this company!!!

I have had my laptop since I was a freshman in college that was 2006 so it’s pretty old, I am assuming in technology years. Any who, I have had trouble logging into the internet with the ether cable and with WIFI have taken it to so many places to get looked at and worked on, and the most people have done is wipe my system clean but never repaired my main issue, which was getting onto the internet. Eric «Rico» was telling me about his company that they fix laptops/​computers so I asked if he wouldn’t mind taking a look at my laptop before I decide to chuck it for a new piece of hardware. Rico took it and within an hour he texted me a picture of my laptop with it on the internet!!! I couldn’t believe it, I thought he was tricking me or something I couldn’t believe that my laptop the one that I have hired MANY tech people to fix was FINALLY on the internet using WIFI on top of that! I am so please with Rico’s speedy service and his accomplishments on getting the task on hand complete. What I also liked was the fact that he also gave me some recommendations on how to use my laptop, or to speed up internet service due to the age of my laptop. All in all if you need any kind of technology help RICO is your guy! You will NOT be disappointed. I am saying this because of experience!!!
