My daughter has been seeing Dr. Nakahara ever since her first check up in January of 2012. She’s very attentive to my daughter, always makes time for my questions, gives an opinion on issues I might have trouble with and she definitely doesn’t think any question is «stupid». It is hard to get appointments with her because sh’s that good. The location is great, right by the freeway off of Washington Street They have avaliable parking for $ 3.00 if validated, kind of pricey but she’s worth it Definitely recommend her and her staff

I have been seeing dr Nakahara for a few months now. Before that we had terrible experience in few other offices mainly due to the fact that we are on delayed immunization schedule. My first visit to dr Tami was positive. She did say that she is pro vaccine but will not launch the war on me if I have different views. Anyways we have been going there for 6 months now and so far it’s been great. Two times I needed someone to take a closer look and I would bring my baby by her office. She always took us in the same day and very promptly! She also loves my son and always playful with him. She is always very calm and composed and has a good vibe overall. One time when my baby was sick and dr Tami had a different shift that day I had to see another physician from the same office(Dr. Wright). What a different experience that was. I would never see anybody other than Dr Nakahara in that office.

Dr. Nakahara is a wonderful physician. She is great with the kids and straightforward with the parents. She is understanding of alternative treatments/therapies. She was very supportive and helpful with getting therapies approved with our insurance for my special needs son. When she is in the room with you it feels like she has nowhere else to be. I never once felt rushed there. We had to move but would have stayed loyal patients if we still lived in SD. We have also seen about 3 of the other doctors in the office on occasion and were quite happy with them as well. My only complaint is the front office staff can be a bit lacking. Never had any problems as far as insurance but getting paperwork signed for school was a headache. If you have to bring/mail it in, it is a several-day wait to get it back. Also, when we moved to Massachusetts, we had to to request the records twice because we never got them the first time.
